An energy harvest is disclosed. The disclosed energy harvest includes: a first charging member including a plurality of first protruding parts; and a second charging member including a plurality of second protruding parts arranged between the first protruding parts and including a material different from that of the first protruding parts. When at least one of the first and second charging members moves, side surfaces of the first protruding parts and side surfaces of the second protruding parts come into contact with each other, or gaps between the side surfaces of the first protruding parts and the side surfaces of the second protruding parts are changed. Electronic device for performing charging and method for controlling the same

Provided is a wireless power transceiver including a magnetic body formed in a rod shape with a groove in a middle portion thereof, a solenoid coil wound around the middle portion of the magnetic body in which the groove is formed, and a dual coil disposed substantially perpendicular to the solenoid coil and wound around portions of both sides of the groove of the magnetic body, the dual coil being wound in directions opposite to each other.

The present disclosure enables materials of a triboelectric charging member to exhibit a characteristic of increased surface charge density, thereby improving output of a triboelectric generating device. Accordingly, the present disclosure provides a triboelectric generating device showing improved output without increasing a size of the triboelectric generating device or without increasing amounts of materials required for the triboelectric generating device. An embodiment of a triboelectric generating device provided according to a first aspect of the present disclosure includes a first electrode; a first charging layer formed on the first electrode; and a second electrode disposed on the first charging layer, wherein the first charging layer and the second electrode are arranged such that an interface between the first charging layer and the second electrode forms a frictional interface, and the first charging layer includes a ferroelectric polymer matrix and ferroelectric inorganic particles dispersed in the ferroelectric polymer matrix.

Triboelectric generation device

An energy harvester is provided. The energy harvester includes a first friction member, and a second friction member arranged to face the first friction member and generating electrical energy by causing friction with the first friction member. At least one of the first friction member and the second friction member includes a pyroelectric material converting frictional heat generated due to friction of the first and second friction members into electrical energy. While the energy harvester generates electrical energy by triboelectrification, the energy harvester may convert frictional heat into electrical energy by using a pyroelectric material.

A method of fabricating a multi-band filter module is provided. The method includes forming a Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator (FBAR) on a piezoelectric substrate by forming a resonant part on the piezoelectric substrate and then an air gap recessed on a surface of the piezoelectric substrate and positioned under the resonant part; and forming a Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) device on the piezoelectric substrate in which the steps of forming the FBAR and the SAW are concurrently performed.

Multi-band filter module and electronic device comprising the same

A resonator fabrication method is provided. A method includes providing a plurality of electrode patterns disposed apart from each other on a substrate using a nano-imprint technique; and forming an extended electrode pattern connected to a plurality of electrode patterns, and forming a nano structure laid across an extended electrode patterns. Therefore, a nano-electromechanical system (NEMS) resonator is easily fabricated at a nanometer level.

Resonator and fabrication method thereof

A method for fabricating subminiature, high-performance monolithic duplexer is disclosed. The method comprises depositing and patterning a lower electrode on an upper surface of an insulation layer on a substrate, so as to expose a first part of the insulation layer; depositing a piezoelectric layer on an upper surface of the exposed insulation layer and the lower electrode; depositing a metal on the upper part of the piezoelectric layer and patterning the metal to form a resonance part and a trimming inductor, wherein the lower electrode electrically couples the resonance part and the trimming inductor; fabricating air gap type FBARs (film bulk acoustic resonances) by forming a cavity by etching the substrate under the resonance part; and bonding a packaging substrate on the substrate, the packaging substrate having a phase shifting part which substantially prevents inflow of signal between the air gap type FBARs.

Method of manufacturing a monolithic duplexer

A balance filter packaging chip having a balun mounted therein and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The balance filter packaging chip includes a device substrate; a balance filter mounted on the device substrate; a bonding layer stacked on a certain area of the device substrate; a packaging substrate having a cavity formed over the balance filter, and combined with the device substrate by the bonding layer; a balun located on a certain area over the packaging substrate; and an insulator layer for passivating the balun. Accordingly, the present invention can reduce an element size and simplify a manufacturing process.

Balance filter packaging chip having balun mounted therein and manufacturing method thereof

Provided is a method for fabricating a duplexer. The method includes fabricating an embedded PCB having an isolation part built therein and forming pads on certain areas of an upper side of the embedded PCB to connect with an external terminal. Further, a first filter and a second filter are separately fabricated, each having at least one film bulk acoustic resonator which is fabricated by depositing a lower electrode, a piezoelectric layer, and an upper electrode in this respective order. Thereafter, the first and second filters are bonded onto the pads formed on the embedded PCB. The entire surface of the embedded PCD is packaged at a predetermined distance from the first and second filters.

A phase shifter fabricated by a simple process and having a simple structure, a method of fabricating the same, and a duplexer having the same are disclosed. The duplexer includes a transmitting-end filter capable of passing only a signal in the range of a transmission frequency, a receiving-end filter capable of passing only a signal in the range of a reception frequency, and a phase shifter interposed between the transmitting-end filter and the receiving-end filter to isolate a transmitted signal of the transmitting-end filter and a received signal of the receiving-end filter from each other. The phase shifter includes a substrate provided with an input port and an output port, an inductor formed on the substrate and connected to the input and output ports, and a capacitor provided on the substrate, wherein the capacitor and inductor share a region of the substrate.
