An antenna structure applied in a wireless communication device including a hinge, the antenna structure includes a feed portion, a first radiation portion, and at least one ground portion; an end of the first radiation portion is electrically connected to the feed portion, another end of the first radiation portion is spaced from the hinge with a gap; the antenna structure generates a radiation signal in at least one radiation frequency band when the feed portion feeds electrical current to the first radiation portion and the hinge couples the electrical current from the first radiation portion. A wireless communication device having the antenna structure is also provided.

Antenna structure and wireless communication device using same

An antenna structure for a metal-cased wireless device which is largely impervious to interference when held in the hand includes a radiation portion, a feeding source, a first grounding portion, a second grounding portion, and a third grounding portion. The grounding portions are sequentially arranged at intervals, and all are electrically connected to the metal frame. The first end of the radiation portion is connected to the second grounding portion and the third grounding portion, the second end of the radiation portion is connected to the first grounding portion. The feeding source is electrically connected to the radiation portion and the first grounding portion and feeds current into the antenna structure. The present disclosure also provides a wireless communication device with the antenna structure.

Antenna structure and wireless communication device using the same

An antenna apparatus sited within a metal housing with improved frequency isolation between individual antennas includes the housing, a first ground portion, a first feed portion, and a second ground portion. A side frame of the housing defines at least one gap, the gap separates a first antenna and a second antenna. The first ground portion is formed by extending an end of the first antenna away from the gap. One end of the second ground portion is connected to the first feed portion, other end of the second ground portion is connected to ground. A first feed point feeds power and signal to the first antenna. A wireless communication device using the antenna apparatus is also provided.

An antenna structure includes a border frame, a first feed portion, and a second feed portion. The border frame includes an end portion, a first side portion, and a second side portion. The border frame defines a first gap, a second gap, a first slot, and a second slot. The first gap and the second gap are disposed in the end portion. The first slot is disposed in the first side portion. The second slot is disposed in the second side portion. The first gap, the second gap, the first slot, and the second slot divide the border frame into two radiating portions. The first feed portion and the second feed portion are electrically coupled to the two radiating portions and supply current to the two radiating portions respectively.

Antenna structure

An antenna structure includes a border frame, a first feed portion, a second feed portion, and two ground portions. The border frame includes a first gap and a second gap passing through the border frame, thereby defining a first radiating portion and a second radiating portion. The first feed portion is electrically coupled to the first radiating portion to supply an electric current to the first radiating portion. The second feed portion is electrically coupled to the second radiating portion to supply an electric current to the second radiating portion. The two ground portions are disposed between the first feed portion and the second feed portion and separated from each other. The two ground portions are electrically coupled to the first radiating portion or the second radiating portion.

An antenna assembly includes a side frame, a feed portion, a ground portion, a radiating portion, and a first matching circuit. The side frame defines a first gap to form a first radiating section from the first gap to a side portion. The radiating portion is inside the side frame and connects to the feed portion and the ground portion, the radiating portion is spaced apart from the side frame and connected to the first radiating section. One end of the first matching circuit connects to an end of the first radiating section adjacent to the first gap, another end connects to the ground portion. The feed portion feeds current into the radiating portion, two opposites ends of the first radiating section and the first matching circuit to activate radiating signals in a first frequency band. A wireless communication device employing the antenna assembly is also provided.

An antenna structure includes a metal housing, a first resonance portion, a second resonance portion, an extending portion, and a signal feed source. The metal housing includes a front frame, a backboard, and a side frame. The side frame defines a slot and the front frame defines a groove and a gap. The metal housing is divided into at least an antenna section by the slot, the groove, and the gap. The first and second resonance portions and the extending portion are spaced apart from each other. The first resonance portion and the extending portion are both directly and electrically connected to the antenna section or are spaced apart and electrically coupled to the antenna section. The second resonance portion is electrically connected to the antenna section. One resonance portion is electrically connected to the signal feed source and the other resonance portion is grounded.

A multi-frequency antenna structure includes a feed portion, a first ground portion, a first radiating portion, a second radiating portion, and a third radiating portion. The feed portion supplies current to the antenna structure. The first ground portion is spaced apart from the feed portion and grounds the antenna structure. The first radiating portion is electrically connected to the feed portion. The second radiating portion is spaced apart from the first radiating portion and is electrically connected to the first ground portion. The third radiating portion is spaced apart from the second radiating portion and is electrically connected to the feed portion and the first radiating portion.

The metal housing includes a front frame, a backboard, and a side frame. The side frame defines a slot and the front frame defines a groove and a gap. The metal housing is divided into at least an antenna section by the slot, the groove, and the gap. The first radiating portion, the second radiating portion, and the third radiating portion are spaced apart from each other. One of three radiating portions is electrically connected to the antenna section. The remaining of the three radiating portions are spaced apart from the antenna section. The signal feed source is electrically connected to one radiating portion and the radiating portions of the three radiating portions not electrically connected to the signal feed source are grounded.

The metal housing includes a front frame, a backboard, and a side frame. The side frame defines a slot and the front frame defines a first groove and a first gap. The slot, the first groove, and the first gap separate a first antenna section from the metal housing. The first ground portion and the second ground portion are both electrically connected to the first antenna section and grounded. One end of the coupling portion is electrically connected to the first feed source. The coupling portion is spaced apart from the first antenna section and current from the first feed source is coupled to the first antenna section through the coupling portion.

Broadband antenna for wireless communication device is disclosed. The broadband antenna includes a grounding portion, a feeding portion, a connecting portion, a first radiation body connected to an end of the connecting portion, and second radiation body connected to another end of the connecting portion opposite to the first radiating body. The first radiating body and the second radiating body are symmetrical to each other with respect to the connecting body. The feeding portion is connected to an end of the first radiating body away from the second radiating body, the grounding portion is connected to an end of the second radiating body away from the first radiating body.
