Embodiments are directed to an anthracene-based compound and an organic light-emitting device. The anthracene-based compound is represented by Formula 1: Substituents of Formula 1 are described in the specification. The organic light-emitting device may include a first electrode, a second electrode opposite to the first electrode, and an organic layer between the first and second electrodes and including an emission layer. The organic layer may include at least one anthracene-based compound of Formula 1.
