An electronic device includes a chassis, a heat source, a thermal diffusion plate, at least one heat pipe and a partition plate. The thermal diffusion plate is thermally connected to the heat source. The heat pipe includes a first end portion and a second end portion. The first end portion is fixedly connected to the thermal diffusion plate. The partition plate is arranged between the chassis and the heat pipe, and is thermally connected to the chassis and the heat pipe. The heat pipe is completely separated from the chassis.

An electronic device with a heat-dissipation structure includes a host, a first heat-dissipation tube, a display, a rotation joint, and a second heat-dissipation tube. The first heat-dissipation tube is disposed in the host. The display is pivoted on the host. The display is rotated relative to the host about a rotation axis. The rotation joint is connected to the first heat-dissipation tube. The second heat-dissipation tube is disposed in the display, and connected to the rotation joint. A cooling liquid is filled in the first heat-dissipation tube.

A portable electronic device includes a main body and a heat dissipation module with a tiltedly installed centrifugal fan inside thereof. The main body includes an upper housing wall and a lower housing wall. The heat dissipation module includes a centrifugal fan, a heat dissipation fin array and a heat pipe. The centrifugal fan includes an impeller, a radial air outlet, an upper axial air inlet and a lower axial air inlet, wherein the centrifugal fan has a first side that is in contact with the upper housing wall and an opposite second side that is in contact with the lower housing wall. The heat dissipation fin array is located at the radial air outlet of the centrifugal fan. The heat pipe has a first end connected with the heat dissipation fin array and a second opposite end connected with a heat source.

The present invention provides comprehensive compositions for treating problems associated with hair graying and balding via the incorporation of: (i) the cell growth factor of HSCF to induce the migration of melanocyte stem cells and keratinocyte stem cells and then to increase the growth of melanocytes and keratinocytes in hair follicles, (ii) a formula of amino acids and vitamins to provide the nutritional factors for hair growth and pigmentation, and (iii) minoxidil to enhance the function of HSCF on hair re-growth. The compositions comprising at least one of (i), (ii) or (iii) are administered on skin and/or scalp through liposome in the follicular delivery systems, including penetration enhancers and suitable carrier bases. The compositions packaged in liposome in the follicular delivery systems in this invention has been proven to reach the dermis from the skin surface within 15-30 min.
