The electronic device includes one or more antennas that resonate within a licensed band and an unlicensed band, a first communication circuit electrically connected with at least part of the one or more antennas and processing an LTE signal, a second communication circuit electrically connected with at least part of the one or more antennas and processing a Wi-Fi signal, and a processor electrically connected with the first communication circuit and the second communication circuit. The processor is configured to obtain first data indicating a state of a first channel corresponding to a first communication protocol, obtain second data indicating a state of a second channel corresponding to a second communication protocol, select at least one communication protocol based on the first data and the second data, and perform communication through a communication circuit, which corresponds to the selected at least one communication protocol.
