A pneumatic motor-controlled valve of a screwdriver is installed between an air guide hole of a pneumatic motor and a main air valve gate in the screwdriver. A valve hole is formed on a guide seat and is communicated to an air guide hole of the motor. A plug is formed on an outer wall of a cylinder; and the cylinder is movably mounted within the guide seat. A lower spring resists against the cylinder. At least one ventilating hole is formed on a wall of the cylinder for communicating the valve hole to one of the upper valve opening and the lower valve opening of the main air valve gate. The plug drives the cylinder to actuate with the descending and rising of the piston valve so as to open or close the valve hole of the guide seat, thereby, the rotation of the motor is controlled.

A triggering device of a nail driver has a single shooting mode and a continuous shooting mode. The triggering device is installed between a safety bar and a trigger of a driver body of the nail driver. The safety bar has an push sleeve extending out of a beating opening of the driver body; a trigger valve being on the driver body at an inner side of the trigger; a valve rod being in the trigger valve. When the trigger is triggered, the valve rod will be actuated so as to open the trigger valve to beat a nail. The trigger device comprises a swingable elastomer having a shape like a cambered hook and being pivotally installed within the trigger. A swingable end of the elastomer has at least one buckle. A hook is at one side of a swinging path of the elastomer. A tension spring is installed on the hook; and a movable rod is at another end of the swinging path of the elastomer. A compressible spring is installed on the movable rod which is assembled to the safety bar.

A nail beating depth adjuster of a nail driver comprises a limiting cover, a first and a second spring, and a nut. The limiting cover is extended with a first seat and a second seat which are coaxial. A linkage passes through the holes in the first seat and second seat. A first spring encloses the linkage between the first seat and second seat. A nut encloses an outer thread of the linkage between the first seat and second seat. The first spring resists against the nut. The nut is formed with a plurality of buckling recesses which are spaced with an equal space. One of the end surfaces of first seat and second seat is formed with at least one tooth. Thereby, by the first spring pressing against the nut, the buckling recesses on the nut expands upon or engages with the tooth for adjusting and positioning.

A pneumatic motor driving valve of a screw nail gun has a driving valve for control the pneumatic motor to be operated steadily. A downward pressing spring is installed around an outer wall of the cylinder of the gun body and an annular control valve is installed around the outer wall of the cylinder so that the annular control valve presses the downward pressing spring for actuating of the opening of the air inlet valve of the air inlet channel of the pneumatic motor. An annular control valve around an outer wall of the cylinder can accumulate the pressure in the gun body to a predetermined value so as to open the driving valve. Thereby, the pneumatic motor can provide a larger stable twisting force to beat and rotate a screw nail.

A rotary cover head of a nail gun is disclosed. The nail gun has a separable head cover at a head of a body of the nail gun. A second air channel is formed in the head; and an aperture is formed on the second air channel. A first air channel is formed in the head cover; and the first air channel is formed with an opening. A lower end of the head cover and a top of the head of the nail gun are formed with respective lock surfaces which are coupled to each other. Each locking surface is formed with a circular air channel; the circular air channel cause the aperture of the head is communicated to the opening of the head cover. Thereby, the firing valve of the nail gun can be actuated by a trigger so as to cause the head cover can be assembled and detached easily.

A trigger switching structure of a contact/full sequential actuation fastening tool, being used in a trigger pivotally mounted between a safety yoke and a trigger valve both of the fastening tool, the switching structure is comprised at least of a receiving seat, a stop piece and a spring. The receiving seat is provided therein a positioning rod and a supporting rod, the stop piece is pivotally mounted on the receiving seat by the positioning rod, and the receiving seat can be combined with the trigger with the supporting rod; the spring is mounted straddling the trigger and the receiving seat to allow a user to move the receiving seat to change the contact position of the stop piece and the safety yoke of the fastening tool to choose a contact actuation or a full sequential actuation position desired for fastening. By embedding the above members in the trigger, occupied space can be reduced, and accidental touching for fastening can be effectively eliminated, safety of use of the fastening tool can thus be increased.

A nailer magazine with blocking device, comprising: a magazine body, having a rear end and an opening running along a longitudinal direction; a gliding body, inserted in the magazine body through the rear end thereof, glidingly movable in the longitudinal direction; and a blocking device. Two grooves are cut into the magazine body along the longitudinal direction, ending in rear entrances and having groove extensions. The gliding body has two lateral projections, which are glidingly movable in the grooves of the magazine body and have blocking elements attached, which are accommodated in the groove extensions. The blocking device is located close to the rear entrances and blocks the blocking elements from leaving the groove extensions through the rear entrances. By locating the blocking elements inside the magazine body, exposure to external impacts is avoided and good looks of the nailer magazine are not impaired.

A nailer magazine, comprising: a magazine body, having a main axis and a free rear end; a gliding plate, glidingly movable into the magazine body into a mounted position and out of the magazine body through the rear end thereof; a holding plate, attached to the rear end of the magazine body; and a blocking system, attached to the rear end of the gliding plate for holding the gliding plate in the mounted position. The blocking system further comprises: a main body; a gliding element; a spring; and a blocking element. The gliding element is glidingly movable inside the main body in a direction perpendicular to the main axis, having an externally accessible upper end to be pushed manually into the main body. The spring is laid into the main body, pushing the gliding element towards the upper end thereof. The blocking part is connected to the gliding element and extends out of the main body for engaging with the holding plate when the gliding plate is in the mounted position, so as to fix the gliding plate therein.

Nailer magazine

An adjustable nailer magazine for storing nails to be ejected from a nailer, comprising: a magazine body, with a groove cut inside the magazine body for accommodating the nails in a row, the groove having a lower part, an upper part and a depth that determines a length of the nails; an adjusting device for adjusting the depth of the groove, mounted in the magazine body and having a plurality of adjusting plates, which are placed parallel to and above each other, oriented perpendicular to the nails; an outer adjusting cap on the outer side of the magazine body, which is glidingly movable, driving the adjusting device; and a pushing device, mounted in the magazine body, for pushing the nails towards one end of the magazine body. By moving the outer adjusting cap, the adjusting plates are placed one after another over the groove, reducing the depth thereof in various stages, thus allowing to vary the length of nails placed in the groove. The pushing bar further comprises a first pushing bar with a first pushing plate, gliding in the lower part of the groove, and a second pushing bar with a second pushing plate, gliding in the upper part of the groove between two of the plurality of adjusting plates, such that relatively long nails are stably supported while being pushed.

The present invention relates to a safety trigger for a nailer, which is used to eject nails into a work object through a muzzle, with a gliding bar being pushed upward, when the muzzle is set on the work object, allowing an ejection switch to be operated, the safety trigger comprising: a trigger body, hingedly mounted on the nailer and operating the ejection switch when pulled up; a blocking part, rotatably mounted on a transverse shaft through the trigger body, either pointing towards a peripheral surface around the ejection switch or pointing aside, thus blocking or allowing the operation of the ejection switch by the trigger body; and a spring around the shaft, leaning against the gliding bar and against the blocking part; wherein, when the muzzle of the nailer is set on the work object and the gliding bar is consequently pushed upwards, the blocking part is turned aside, allowing the trigger body to be pulled upwards and operate the ejection switch, and when the muzzle is taken away from the work object, the trigger body and the blocking part return to an original position, with the blocking plates preventing the trigger body from touching the ejection switch.

Safety trigger for nailer

The present invention relates to an ejection switch for a nailer, comprising a valve seat, a gliding seat and a moving bar, allowing for precise controlling of the ejection of nails. The moving bar glides vertically within a gliding seat, with a vertical position that controls a loading state and an ejection state of the ejection switch. The gliding seat glides vertically within the valve seat. After ejecting a nail and after loading for another ejection, the gliding seat respectively moves against the moving bar. Thus the triggering of the loading state and of the ejection state follows the position of the moving bar in a hysteresis-like behavior and unwanted ejection of nails is prevented.

The present invention relates to a safety trigger for a stapler, comprising: a switch for ejecting the nails being operated by pressing thereon from below; a trigger, mounted below the switch on the stapler, its front end having a hinge, where the trigger is mounted; a safety-catch, rotatably mounted on the trigger, operating in an enabled state and a disabled state, having a first projection extending outward for operating the switch, the first projection pointing to the switch in the enabled state and pointing beside the switch in the disabled state, the safety-catch further having a second projection extending towards the front end of the trigger; a first spring for moving the safety-catch into the enabled state; a second spring for moving the safety-catch into the disabled state; and a glide bar, vertically movable mounted on the stapler, the glide bar, when the stapler is set on an object, being pushed upward, contracting the second spring and allowing the first spring to move the safety-catch into the enabled state, and the glide bar, when the stapler is removed from the object, being pushed down by the second spring and moving the safety-catch into the disabled state.

The present invention relates to an ejection switch for a nailer, which allows for precise controlling of the ejection of nails by having a gliding bar vertically gliding within a gliding seat in a cavity on a valve seat, wherein, after ejecting a nail, the gliding seat moves against the gliding bar, such that the triggering of a loading state and of an ejection state follows the position of the moving bar in a hysteresis-like behavior and unwanted ejection of nails is prevented.

The present invention relates to a gas exhaust system for a stapler for ejecting nails, comprising: a cylinder with a vertically movable piston, driven down by high-pressure gas; a valve body, set on the top side of the cylinder, controlling the inflow of the high-pressure gas into the cylinder; and an exhaust, having a cavity, which is open to the bottom side and accommodates the valve body, and several exhaust holes, which are connected to the cavity, the exhaust having a vertical protection plate at a distance from the exhaust holes, its area covering the exhaust holes, the exhaust further having a protruding protection ring made of soft material on the outer side close to the bottom side; wherein, when the piston moves upwards to the original position, exhaust gas is released through the cavity and the exhaust holes, with the protection plate preventing the exhaust gas from directly hitting any object, and wherein the protection ring minimizes mechanically hitting the outer side of the exhaust and the cylinder of an object, thus avoiding injuries or damages.
