An electronic device is disclosed herein and includes a multi-functional power button and a processor, where the multi-functional power button includes a power switch and a fingerprint recognition module. The fingerprint recognition module is combined on the power switch, and the processor is coupled to the multi-functional power button. The fingerprint recognition module is configured to extract a fingerprint feature information. The processor is configured to determine whether the multi-functional power button is pressed or touched to respectively cause the power switch to generate a switching signal or cause the fingerprint recognition module to extract the fingerprint feature information.

Electronic device

A stylus includes a casing comprising an opening, a push rod disposed in the casing, a pen head fixed on an end of the push rod, a reflector coupled to the push rod, and a linkage mechanism disposed in the casing. At least a part of the pen head is exposed of the casing. An end of the linkage mechanism is fixed on the casing. The linkage mechanism connects reflector to the push rod, such that when the pen head is pushed into the casing, a moving distance of the reflector is greater than that of the pen head, and the reflector is exposed of the opening.

Stylus

An optical touch control system is disclosed, includes a display panel, first and second optical sensors, first and second light-emitting devices, and a controller. The first and second optical sensors are respectively disposed at opposite corners of the display panel. The first and second light-emitting devices are disposed on the first and second optical sensors, respectively. The controller turns off the first and second light-emitting devices and turns on the first optical sensor to obtain a first frame, only turns on the second light-emitting device and the first optical sensor to obtain a second frame, turns off the first and second light-emitting devices and turns on the second optical sensor to obtain a third frame, only turns on the first light-emitting device and the second optical sensor to obtain a fourth frame, and determines a gesture according to the first through the fourth frames.

Optical touch control systems and methods thereof

A touch-control system includes at least two image capturing units and an electronic device. The image capturing units are configured to capture a plurality of hand images of a user. The electronic device is coupled to the image capturing units, and configured to recognize a target object from the hand images, and detect motions of the target object in an operating space. The electronic device includes a display unit, and the operating space includes a virtual touch-control plane. When the target object touches a virtual touch-control point on the virtual touch-control plane, the electronic device generates a touch-control signal and performs an associated touch-control operation at a position corresponding to the virtual touch-control points on the display unit.

Touch-control system

A keyboard device includes an operation surface. One long side of the operation surface is referred to as a proximal side, which nears a user operating the keyboard device; and the other long side is referred to as a distal side. A key unit is positioned on the proximal side, wherein the key unit includes a plurality of keys. A camera module is positioned on the distal side. An angle between a border of a field of view of the light sensor and the operation surface is set at a particular angle thus user's hand lays outside the field of view of the light sensor when the user is manipulating the key unit.

Keyboard device and electronic device

An outer-hanging touch apparatus is hanged on a display apparatus. The display apparatus has a front surface, a top surface, and a rear surface. The outer-hanging touch apparatus includes a touch module and a hanging assembly. The hanging assembly includes a hanging member, an adjusting member, and a driving member. The hanging member is fixed to the touch module and extends to the rear surface. The hanging member includes a guiding structure. The adjusting member is slidably engaged with the guiding structure. The adjusting member abuts against a junction between the top and rear surfaces. The driving member is engaged with the hanging member and the adjusting member for moving the adjusting member relative to the hanging member. When the adjusting member moves toward or away from the touch module along the guiding structure, the hanging member correspondingly moves away from or toward the top surface.

Outer-hanging touch apparatus

An optical touch control system is disclosed. A reflector surrounds a monitor. At least one image detection module is adjacent to the monitor and includes an image sensor, a reflective mirror, and a light source. The image sensor is electrically connected to an image processor. The reflective mirror is disposed on the image sensor and inclines to the image sensor by a predetermined angle. The light source outputs light onto the monitor. The reflective mirror reflects the light reflected by the reflector to the image sensor, identifying a touch control operation.

Optical touch control systems

The invention provides an optical touch system, including a camera having a lens and an image sensor to capture an image of a touch object on the image sensor through the lens, an active light source for lighting the touch object, and a processor for determining the distance between the touch object and the camera according to the size of the image or the brightness of the image on the image sensor, determining the direction of the touch object according to the position of the image on the image sensor, and calculating the position of the touch object.

Optical touch system and optical touch-position detection method

In a display system, the invention provides a stereoscopic image format transformation method being used for transforming a non-interlace format of a stereoscopic image into an interlace format. When an aspect ratio of the stereoscopic image is not equal to an aspect ratio of a panel, the stereoscopic image format transformation method of the invention is used for interlacing a left-eye image data and a right-eye image data of the stereoscopic image according to a format of the stereoscopic image, the aspect ratio of the panel, and the aspect ratio of the stereoscopic image, to form a completely interlaced stereoscopic image.

Stereoscopic image format transformation method applied to display system

The invention provides an optical touch display device. The optical touch display device comprises a display module, a first image capturing module, a second image capturing module and a processing module. The display module generates N touch points according to a touch gesture, the touch gesture has a specific moving model, and N is a positive integer. The first image capturing module retrieves a first image relating to N touch points. The second image capturing module retrieves a second image relating to N touch points. The processing module determines correspondingly a specific touch chord of N touch points according to the first image and the second image, and determines correspondingly a specific function of the touch gesture according to the specific touch chord and the specific moving mode.

Optical touch display device and method thereof

A coordinate determining system is disclosed. The coordinate determining system comprises an image capturing module, a dividing module, a determining module, and a converting module. The image capturing module is used for capturing a plurality of images corresponding to the screen. The dividing module is used for dividing an overlapping image region of the images into a target image comprising a plurality of sub-regions. The determining module is used for determining a position of the indicating point on the target image. If the indicating point is in a target sub-region among the sub-regions and has an image coordinate relative to an original of the target sub-region, the converting module will convert the image coordinate into the screen coordinate according to a proportional parameter.

System and method for determining coordinates

The invention provides an image processing apparatus for generating coordination calibration points. The image processing apparatus includes a subtracting module, an edge detection module and an intersection point generation module. The subtracting module subtracts a first image from a second image to generate a first subtracted image, and subtracts the first image from a third image to generate a second subtracted image. The edge detection module performs an edge detection process for the first subtracted image to generate a first edge image, and performs the edge detection process for the second subtracted image to generate a second edge image, wherein the first edge image includes a first edge and the second edge image includes a second edge. The intersection point generation module generates, according to the first and second edges, an intersection point pixel, serving as the coordination calibration point corresponding to the first edge and the second edge.

Image processing apparatus and method for generating coordination calibration points

A calibrating apparatus for an image processing apparatus is disclosed. The calibrating apparatus comprises a first operating module and a second operating module. The first operating module determines a third indicating point and a fourth indicating point according to a first indicating point, a second indicating point, and a specific point, and determines a calibration point (i.e. the predetermined position of a sensor) according to a first line through the first indicating point and third indicating point and a second line through the second indicating point and fourth indicating point. The second operating module forms reference lines according to reference points and the calibration point, forms reference angles according to the reference lines and a parallel line, generates reference coordinates of the reference points in an image and generates a calibration function according to the reference coordinates of the reference points and the reference angles.

Calibrating apparatus and method

The invention discloses a cursor control method applied to a presentation system. The presentation system comprises a computer, an imaging plane, an optical pointer, a camera, and a projector. The projector is a mobile or built-in projector of the computer for projecting output from the computer onto the imaging plane, wherein the output of the computer comprises an internal cursor generated by the computer. The optical pointer is used for projecting an external cursor onto the imaging plane. The camera is a mobile or built-in camera of the computer for capturing an image of the imaging plane. After capturing the image, a processor of the computer detects both a first position of the external cursor and a second position of the internal cursor corresponding to the image, calculates a shift vector between the first and second positions, and moves the internal cursor based on the shift vector.
