The present application relates to the technical field of building walls and provides a composite wall being lightweight, easy to be prefabricated and convenient for on-site construction. By making the composite wall such that a decorative layer and a formwork are overhung on both sides of a core concrete layer, it is formed a structure similar to a core-wall and steel structure that has rigidity and is elastically deformable. A thermal insulation layer is filled between the decorative layer and the core concrete layer which are connected by a precast outer cantilever rod. The amount of concrete in the prefabricated part of the composite wall is greatly reduced. The composite wall does not require flipping in the prefabrication process and has a significantly shortened production cycle.

A prefabricated reinforced concrete beam-column connecting structure and a construction method thereof are provided. The prefabricated reinforced concrete beam-column connecting structure includes an upper prefabricated column, a lower prefabricated column, a prefabricated beam, an upper column transfer member, a lower column transfer member, and a connecting slot of beam main reinforcement. The lower column transfer member is sleeved on an upper end portion of the lower prefabricated column. A first horizontal load transfer plate is arranged in the lower column transfer member. An upper end portion of a lower column main reinforcement is anchored at a top of the first horizontal load transfer plate. The upper column transfer member is sleeved on a lower end portion of the upper prefabricated column. A second horizontal load transfer plate is arranged in the upper column transfer member.

Prefabricated reinforced concrete beam-column connecting structure and construction method thereof

A beam-column joint of a concrete precast column and a construction method thereof, including: obtaining a hoop plate, in which an inner side of the hoop plate is provided with studs; welding a circumferential reinforcing plate in the hoop plate; arranging longitudinal bars and stirrups for bundling the longitudinal bars; pouring the upper precast column and the lower precast column with the circumferential reinforcing plates in the two hoop plates as the boundary support formwork; welding the hoop plate of the upper precast column with the hoop plate of the lower precast column; arranging a horizontal beam at the hoop plate, and connect the horizontal beam with the hoop plate. The upper precast column and the lower precast column are connected by welding hoop plate; the hoop plate is used to connect the precast column and the horizontal beam.

The present invention discloses a three-dimensional energy dissipation and vibration isolation bearing. A laminated rubber bearing comprises an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate, and the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate are tightened through a stay cable; U-shaped strips are arranged around the laminated rubber bearing and fixed with the edge of the steel plate and the edge of the lower connecting plate; a support shaft is fixed on the top surface of the upper connecting plate; disk springs are sleeved on the support shaft and clamped between the upper connecting plate and the steel plate and between the steel plate and the jacking nut; and anchor bars are vertically fixed on the top surface of the U-shaped frame and the bottom surface of the lower connecting plate.

The present application relates to a prefabricated concrete beam-column node and a construction method thereof. The construction method of the prefabricated concrete beam-column node includes: assembling node connectors, and mounting studs on each node connector; welding a circumferential reinforcing plate with a groove hole in the center to a middle-rear section of each node connector; mounting a longitudinal rebar on each circumferential reinforcing plate; pouring a concrete beam between two circumferential reinforcing plates; welding a hidden corbel to a side flange of each of structural columns; hoisting the concrete beam, and overlapping each node connector with the corresponding hidden corbel; welding each node connector to the corresponding structural column; and pouring the concrete beam between the circumferential reinforcing plates and the structural columns.
