The present disclosure relates to a system and method for digital radiography. The system may include an X-ray generation module, an X-ray acquisition module, a control module, a support module and a power supply module. The system may include one or more moving components. The X-ray acquisition module may have different configurations, such as a vertical configuration, a horizontal configuration and a free-style configuration. The control module may be configured for controlling the motion of the moving components, the selection of an X-ray acquisition module of a specific configuration, and parameters of the X-ray exposure and image acquisition. The support module may include a system of guiding rails. The power supply module may include a capacitor.

The present disclosure relates to a system and method for digital radiography. The system may include an X-ray generation module, an X-ray acquisition module, a control module, a support module and a power supply module. The system may include one or more moving components. The X-ray acquisition module may have different configurations, such as a vertical configuration, a horizontal configuration and a free-style configuration. A power unit includes: a DC/DC conversion circuit; a bypass circuit, including a mechanical switch, an impedance network, and a semiconductor switch, wherein the semiconductor switch and the impedance network are connected in series to form a series branch, the series branch, the mechanic switch and the DC/DC conversion circuit are connected in parallel between a positive end and a negative end at one side of the power unit; a detecting unit, configured to detect a working signal of the DC/DC conversion circuit and generate a detection signal according to the working signal; and a controller, configured to, when the fault occurs in the DC/DC conversion circuit, output a first control signal to a control end of the mechanical switch and output a second control signal to a control end of the semiconductor switch.

Power unit

The present disclosure provides a conversion system with a high voltage side and a low voltage side, including: a plurality of power units, each power unit including: a plurality of DC/DC converters, when in normal operation, one part of DC/DC converters being in a working state and other DC/DC converters being in a cold backup state; a plurality of bypass circuits connected in parallel to the corresponding DC/DC converters; a detection unit connected to each DC/DC converter, and detects the DC/DC converter; and a control unit coupled to the detection unit and each of the plurality of DC/DC converters; and a main control unit coupled with each control unit and configured to receive the preset signal of respective control unit and outputs a bypass signal and a release signal to the corresponding control unit according to the preset signal.

A simulation method of CMP process comprises: building a CMP model, and forming a matrix table of line width logarithm-density according to the CMP model, and making each intersection of the matrix table correspond to each CMP result under the corresponding line width and density; dividing a layout into a plurality of grids, and converting the equivalent line width and density of each grid into the coordinate of line width logarithm-density in the matrix table; fitting and calculating preliminary CMP simulation results of each grid according to the coordinate of each grid in the matrix table and the CMP simulation results of its adjacent intersections of the matrix table; fitting and computing final CMP simulation results of each grid according to a related weighting factor which considers the impact of adjacent grids for the current grid on the layout; outputting the final CMP simulation results of the whole layout.
