A flow control device for a heat exchange system. The device includes a housing, a valve core and a transmission element. The housing is formed with an accommodating portion, a first port and a second port, the valve core being at least partially accommodated in the accommodating portion. The housing includes fixing elements and an outer housing, the fixing elements being located on a circumferential inner side of the outer housing, the outer housing and the fixing elements are arranged in a relatively sealing manner, and the valve core and the fixing elements are arranged in a relatively sealing manner. The valve core at least has a first flowing passage. The transmission element drives the valve core to open or close at least one of the first and second ports, thereby improving an internal sealing performance of the product.

Flow control device

A flow control apparatus for a heat exchange system of a vehicle, including a housing and a valve cartridge assembly. A limiting part located in a mounting cavity of the housing is provided for a transmission part of the valve cartridge assembly; correspondingly, a limiting recess, a first stop part, and a second stop part are formed on the housing; the limiting part is at least partially located in the limiting recess. When the transmission part is located at a first position, the limiting part abuts against the first stop part; when the transmission part rotates to a second position, the limiting part abuts against the second stop part. First and second valve plates are sealed from each other, so that the seal performance of a product can be improved.

Flow control apparatus

A flow control apparatus for a heat exchange system of a vehicle, including a housing, a valve cartridge assembly, and a control part. A first protrusion is provided on the housing; correspondingly, a second protrusion is provided on a shell of the control part; the first protrusion and the second protrusion are assembled and engaged; a first valve plate is sealed from a second valve plate, so that the seal performance of a product can be improved.

A flow control device used in a vehicle heat exchange system and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The flow control device includes a housing and a valve body assembly. The valve body assembly comprises a first valve plate, a second valve plate, and a transmission n part. The housing has an accommodating portion and a protruding limiter, in which the protruding limiter circumferentially limits the first valve plate, a lower side surface of the second valve plate () is disposed opposite to the protruding limiter, and at least a part of the lower side surface of the second valve plate is in contact with the first valve plate. The transmission part drives the second valve plate to open or close the circulating valve port of the first valve plate and/or adjust the opening degree of the circulating valve port, such that the product sealing performance can be improved.
