A device includes a core having a first end and a second end, and first and second wires wound around the core, where the core has first, second, and third sections, the second section being arranged between the first and third sections. Each of the first and second wires includes an iturn located on the first section, a jturn located on the second section, and a kturn located on the third section. The iturn of the first wire is closer to the first end than the iturn of the second wire, the jturn of the first wire is closer to the second end than the jturn of the second wire, and the kturn of the first wire is closer to the first end than the kturn of the second wire.

Common mode filter

A device includes a core having a first end and a second end, and first and second wires wound around the core, each of the first and second wires having 1to Nturns counting from the first end to the second end, the 1to Nturns including an i&#x2212;1turn, an iturn, a jturn, and a j+1turn, where j is greater than i. The iturn of the first wire is closer to the first end than the iturn of the second wire, the i&#x2212;1turn of the second wire is closer to the first end than the iturn of the first wire, and the i&#x2212;1turn of the first wire is closer to the first end than the i&#x2212;1turn of the second wire.

Disclosed herein is a common mode filter that includes a winding core part including a first winding area positioned at one end side in an axial direction, a second winding area positioned at other end side in the axial direction, and a third winding area positioned between the first and second winding areas; and first and second wires wound in a same direction around the winding core part. The first wire is aligned and wound in the first and second winding areas, and the second wire is wound on the first wire in the first and second winding areas. The first and second wires cross each other in the third winding area and are separated at least partially in the third winding area.

Common mode filter and manufacturing method thereof

Disclosed herein is a common mode filter that includes a winding core part including first to third winding areas and first and second wires wound in a same direction around the winding core part and crossing each other in the third winding area. The first wire is aligned and wound in the first and second winding areas, and the second wire is aligned and wound on the first wire in the first and second winding areas, whereby a plurality of winding blocks are formed. The winding blocks include a first winding block positioned in the first winding area and second and third winding blocks positioned in the second winding area. The second wire constituting the second winding block and the second wire constituting the third winding block are separated from each other.

A device is provided that includes a core having a first end and a second end, and first and second wires wound around the core so as to cross each other on the core to form a cross point. The a winding structure of an iturn of the first and second wires counting from the cross point toward the first end, and a winding structure of an iturn of the first and second wires counting from the cross point toward the second end, are substantially symmetrical about the cross point.

Common-mode filter

Disclosed herein is a differential mode filter that includes first and second terminal electrodes provided on a first flange part of a core, and first and second wires wound around a winding core part of the core in an opposite direction to each other and connected respectively to the first and second terminal electrodes. The first and second wires cross each other on the winding core part to form a plurality of crossing portions that include first, second, and third crossing portions that are first, second, and third occurrences counting from the one end of the first and second wires, respectively. A first crossing angle between the first and second wires at the first crossing portion is larger than at least one of second and third crossing angles between the first and second wires at the second and third portions, respectively.

Differential mode filter

Disclosed herein is an electronic circuit module that includes a circuit board and a common mode filter mounted on the circuit board. The common mode filter includes first and second terminal electrodes constituting a first pair of terminal electrodes and third and fourth electrodes constituting a second pair of terminal electrodes. The circuit board includes: a first wiring layer having first, second, third, and fourth land patterns connected to the first, second, third, and fourth terminal electrodes, respectively, and first, second, third, and fourth wiring patterns connected to the first, second, third, and fourth land patterns, respectively; and a second wiring layer having a ground pattern that overlaps the first, second, third, and fourth wiring patterns without overlapping the first and second land patterns.
