According to one embodiment, a cleaner head includes a first rotor, a second rotor, and a contact surface. The first rotor can be rotationally driven in a state where an outer peripheral surface of the first rotor is in contact with a sheet that includes organic fiber and is formed on a base, and can remove a part of the sheet from the base. The second rotor is arranged next to the first rotor in a direction along a rotation axis of the first rotor, and is rotated together with the first rotor in a state where the second rotor is not in contact with the sheet. The contact surface is in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the second rotor at a position away from the sheet around the rotation axis.

Cleaner head, removing apparatus, and removing method

According to an embodiment, an electrospinning apparatus includes: a transport roll; and a head unit. The transport roll is a roll that transports a substrate. The transport has a transport surface that is in contact with the substrate when transporting the substrate. The transport surface of the transport roll has a surface roughness Ra of 1.6 or less. The head unit ejects a raw material liquid of fiber toward the substrate transported by the transport roll to form a film of the fiber on the substrate.

Electrospinning apparatus

According to one embodiment, a spinning apparatus includes a spinning head and a rotational brush. An organic material is filled up inside the spinning head, and the spinning head ejects the organic material on a surface of a base to form a sheet of the organic fiber on the surface of the base. The rotational brush includes a plurality of brush bristles and is rotated while the brush bristles are in contact with the sheet in the surface of the base. The rotational brush strips the organic fiber from a part of the sheet by the rotation.

Spinning apparatus

According to one embodiment, there is provided a laminate including a first current collector, a first current collector tab, a first active material-containing layer, and a first film containing an inorganic material. A back surface of the first active material-containing layer is supported on at least a part among front and back surfaces of the first current collector. A first thickness at a first end surface of the first active material-containing layer is smaller than a second thickness at a second end surface facing reverse with respect to the first end surface. The first film covers at least the first end surface of the first active material-containing layer and a portion among front and back surfaces of the first current collector tab adjacent to the first end surface.

Laminate and secondary battery

According to one embodiment, a laminate includes a first active material-containing layer, a first film and a second film. The first film includes an inorganic material, and a back surface thereof is in contact with a front surface of the first active material-containing layer. The second film includes organic fibers, and one of front and back surfaces is in contact with a front surface of the first film. An absolute value of a difference between surface roughness Raof the front surface of the first active material-containing layer and surface roughness Raof the back surface of the first film is 0.6 &#x3bc;m or less (including 0).

An electrospinning apparatus according to an embodiment is configured to deposit a fiber on a collector or a member. The electrospinning apparatus includes a first nozzle head provided on one side of the collector or the member, and a second nozzle head provided on the side opposite to the first nozzle head with the collector or the member interposed. The first nozzle head and the second nozzle head are at a section where the collector or the member moves in a direction tilted with respect to a horizontal direction.

A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery of the present invention includes a positive electrode containing olivine-structured Fe or a Mn-containing phosphorus compound as a positive electrode active material; a negative electrode containing a titanium-containing metal oxide capable of inserting and extracting lithium ions as a negative electrode active material; a nonwoven fabric separator, which contains an electrically insulating fiber and is bonded to a surface of at least one of the positive electrode and the negative electrode; and a nonaqueous electrolyte. In a thickness direction of the nonwoven fabric separator, a density of the fiber on a side having contact with the positive electrode is high, and a density of the fiber on a side having contact with the negative electrode is low.
