The present disclosure discloses a catalyst composition for polymerization of an α-olefin and preparation and use thereof. The catalyst composition comprises boron trifluoride and at least one protic cocatalyst; the protic cocatalyst has a structural formula of X—(CH)—OH, where n is an integer selected from 1 to 10; X is selected from nitro, halogen, cyano, sulfonic acid group, aldehyde group, acyl, carboxyl and amino. The catalyst can be used in production of a poly(α-olefin) synthetic base oil, and is particularly suitable for a low viscosity poly(α-olefin) synthetic base oil with high selectivity of the target product.

The embodiments of the disclosure provide an immersion liquid cooling device and a liquid cooling system. The liquid cooling device includes a cabinet comprising a first cavity and a second cavity integrated on a side wall of the first cavity; and a heat exchange module adapted to be inserted into the second cavity via an opening on the second cavity, and comprising a heat exchanger, a coolant driving device and a guiding assembly, the heat exchanger being configured to cool the first coolant with the second coolant, the coolant driving device being configured to drive the first coolant to circulate between the second cavity and the first cavity, and the guiding assembly comprising a liquid flow channel configured to guide the first coolant from the coolant driving device to the heat exchanger.

Immersion liquid cooling device and liquid cooling system

Examples of the disclosure relate to an immersed liquid cooling apparatus and a liquid cooling system. The immersed liquid cooling apparatus includes a cabinet, wherein the cabinet includes a cooling groove and a mounting groove integrated on an outer wall of the cooling groove, the cooling groove is used for accommodating an electronic device to be cooled and a first cooling liquid, the mounting groove is used for accommodating the first cooling liquid, and the cooling groove is in fluid communication with the mounting groove by means of a through hole; and a heat exchange module suitable for being inserted into the mounting groove, wherein the heat exchange module includes a cooling liquid circulation pipeline, a heat exchanger and a cooling liquid driving apparatus, the cooling liquid circulation pipeline is in fluid communication with the heat exchanger for providing a second cooling liquid for the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger is used for using the second cooling liquid inside the heat exchanger to cool the first cooling liquid outside the heat exchanger, and the cooling liquid driving apparatus is configured to circulate the first cooling liquid between the mounting groove and the cooling groove.

Immersed liquid cooling apparatus and liquid cooling system

The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a modular cooling device and a cooling system. The device includes: an air cooling box adapted to sealingly receive a predetermined number of electronic devices to be cooled; and a heat exchange unit coupled to the air cooling box and comprising: a housing sealingly enclosing a heat exchange chamber, the heat exchange chamber sealingly connecting with an interior of the air cooling box to allow air to circulate between the interior of the air cooling box and the heat exchange chamber as an effect of fans of the electronic devices; and a heat exchanger arranged in the heat exchange chamber and comprising paths for enabling circulating air to circulate; and a cooling interface at least partly arranged on the housing and adapted to allow a cooling medium to circulate between an external cold source and an interior of the heat exchanger.

Modular air cooling device and cooling system

The present invention provides a low viscosity poly-&#x3b1;-olefin lubricating oil and a synthesis method thereof. The method comprises: (1) the &#x3b1;-olefin raw material is subjected to dehydration treatment so that the water content in the raw material is &#x2264;10 ppm; (2) a reaction of the dehydration treated &#x3b1;-olefin raw material is carried out in the presence of a complex catalyst and gaseous BFto obtain a reaction product, wherein the pressure of the gaseous BFis 0.01 to 1 MPa; (3) the reaction product obtained in step (2) is sequentially subjected to flash distillation, gas stripping, centrifugation, and washing treatment to obtain an intermediate product; (4) the intermediate product obtained in step (3) is subjected to distillation under reduced pressure to separate the unreacted &#x3b1;-olefin raw material and &#x3b1;-olefin dimers, and the remaining heavy fractions are subjected to hydrogenation saturation treatment followed by fractionation and cutting-off.

Low viscosity poly-a-olefin lubricating oil and synthesis method thereof

The present disclosure provides a method and a catalyst for selective oligomerization of ethylene. The raw material for the catalyst consists of a dehydropyridine annulene-type ligand, a transition metal compound, and an organometallic compound in a molar ratio of 1:0.5-100:0.1-5000. The present disclosure also provides a method for selective oligomerization of ethylene accomplished by using the above-mentioned catalyst. The catalyst for selective oligomerization of ethylene has high catalytic activity, high selectivity for the target products 1-hexene and 1-octene, and low selectivity for 1-butene and 1-C.
