The present disclosure relates to the technical field of CT detection, in particular to a CT inspection system and a CT imaging method. The CT inspection system provided by the present disclosure includes a scanning device and an imaging device, wherein the scanning device having a radioactive source device and a detection device is configured to rotate at a nonuniform speed in at least partial process of scanning an object to be detected; and the imaging device generates a CT image based on effective detection data, wherein the effective detection data refer to data acquired each time the detection device rotates by a preset angle. In the present disclosure, the imaging device of the CT inspection system generates a CT image based on data acquired each time the detection device rotates by a preset angle, which, compared with traditional image collection solutions, can effectively reduce image deformation and improve accuracy of detection results.

A cryostat includes a room temperature vessel, a low temperature vessel, and a refrigeration mechanism. The room temperature vessel includes a room temperature tank, an outer neck tube and a sealing head. The low temperature vessel includes a low temperature tank, an inner neck tube and a liquefaction chamber. The liquefaction chamber corresponds to the first opening and passes through the first opening. The refrigeration mechanism includes a device panel and a refrigeration device. The device panel is disposed on the sealing head. The refrigeration device includes a body and a cold finger. The body is disposed at the device panel. The cold finger is connected with the body and extends into the liquefaction chamber.

A fork-arm lift tractor includes a vehicle body, a supporting plate disposed above the vehicle body, a lifting device for driving the supporting plate to be lifted, a front and rear fork-arm assemblies, a front and rear fork-arm drive assemblies. The front fork-arm assembly includes two front fork-arms rotatably disposed at the supporting plate. The rear fork-arm assembly includes two rear fork-arms rotatably disposed at the supporting plate, and the front and rear fork-arms may be deployed or retracted from both sides of the supporting plate. The front fork-arm driving assembly includes a front transmission part, and a front power device disposed at the supporting plate and may drive the front transmission part to move horizontally linearly so as to rotate the two front fork-arms. The rear fork-arm driving assembly has almost the same structure of the front fork-arm driving assembly and is used to rotate the two rear fork-arms.

The present application relates to a method for coating boron, to a boron-containing resin solution, to a boron-coated thermal neutron converter obtained by the method for coating boron, and further to a thermal neutron detector comprising the boron-coated thermal neutron converter. The method for coating boron as provided in the application is applicable for various substrates and has small restrictions on substrate shapes, particularly for substrates having complex surface structures and high aspect ratios.

The present disclosure provides a scanned image correction apparatus, method and a mobile scanning device. The apparatus includes an image collector, an arm swing detector, and an image processor. The image collector is configured to collect a scanned image of an object under inspection during a scanning process of scanning the object under inspection by the mobile scanning device, and determine an image parameter of the scanned image. The arm swing detector is disposed at a monitor point on a detector arm of the mobile scanning device, and configured to detect a displacement offset of the detector arm in a specified direction and build an arm swing model of the detector arm. The image processor is configured to determine a change relationship between the image parameter of the scanned image and the displacement offset of the detector arm, and correct the scanned image based on the change relationship.

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of CT detection, and in particular to a CT inspection system and a CT imaging method. The CT inspection system provided by the present disclosure comprises a radioactive source device, a detection device, a rotation monitoring device and an imaging device, wherein the detection device obtains detection data at a frequency that is N times a beam emitting frequency of the radioactive source device; the rotation monitoring device detects a rotation angle of the detection device and transmits a signal to the imaging device each time the detection device rotates by a preset angle; the imaging device determines a rotational position of the detection device each time the radioactive source device emits a beam according to the signal transmitted by the rotation monitoring device and the detection data of the detection device.

The present disclosure discloses a vehicle-mounted type back scattering inspection system. The back scattering imaging device has a vehicle-mounted working state and a ground working state, and in the vehicle-mounted working state, the back scattering imaging device performs inspection work in a carriage; in the ground working state, the back scattering imaging device performs the inspection work on the ground at the outside of the carriage; and the back scattering imaging device is separately arranged relative to the carriage and is movable between the carriage and the ground to switch between the vehicle-mounted working state and the ground working state.

A vehicle detection system includes a transverse detector arm, two vertical detector arms, a radiation source, a plurality of transverse detectors, and a plurality of vertical detectors. The transverse detector arm may be disposed on the ground. Two vertical detector arms are disposed at both ends of the transverse detector arm. The radiation source is located above the transverse detector arm. A plurality of transverse detectors are disposed within the transverse detector arm and are laid along a length direction of the transverse detector arm for receiving ray emitted by the radiation source. The plurality of vertical detectors are symmetrically disposed on the two vertical detector arms, and each of the vertical detectors is disposed towards a center point of the radiation source for receiving ray emitted by the radiation source.

Vehicle detection system

A movable ray inspection system used to be mounted in a container yard to inspect an object within a container is provided. The movable ray inspection system includes: a ray generator device configured to emit a ray, a ray receiving device configured to receive the ray, and at least one chamber for receiving the ray generator device and the ray receiving device therein. Each of the at least one chamber is configured to be a standard container or a chamber which has a same shape, a same size and a same structure as a standard container such that the movable ray inspection system is adapted to be stacked in the container yard.

The present disclosure discloses a radiation inspection system and a radiation inspection method. The radiation inspection system comprises a radiation source and a beam modulating device. The beam modulating device comprises a first collimating structure disposed at a beam exit side of the radiation source and a second collimating structure disposed at a beam exit side of the first collimating structure. The second collimating structure is movable relative to the first collimating structure to change a relative position of the first collimating port of the first collimating structure with the second collimating port of the second collimating structure, and the beam modulating device is shifted between a first operational state in which the beam modulating device modulates an initial beam into a fan beam, and a second operational state in which the beam modulating device modulates the initial beam into a pencil beam variable in position.

Radiation inspection system and radiation inspection method

A slow neutron detection device is disclosed, comprising: a first slow neutron converter and a second slow neutron converter, and a readout electrode wire set and cathode wire sets arranged between the first slow neutron converter and the second slow neutron converter. By arranging a readout circuit between the two slow neutron converters, an electron drift distance is reduced by half without changing a dimension of the detection device, and an average over-threshold probability of a signal is increased.

The present invention discloses an X-ray beam intensity monitoring device and an X-ray inspection system. The X-ray beam intensity monitoring device comprises an intensity detecting module and a data processing module, wherein the intensity detecting module is adopted to be irradiated by the X-ray beam and send a detecting signal, the data processing module is coupled with the intensity detecting module to receive the detecting signal and output an X-ray beam intensity monitoring signal, wherein the X-ray beam intensity monitoring signal includes a dose monitoring signal for the X-ray beam and a brightness correction signal for correcting signal values of the X-ray beam. The X-ray beam intensity monitoring device can simultaneously perform dose monitoring and brightness monitoring, thereby improving the service efficiency of the X-ray beam intensity monitoring device.
