A display device may include a display panel including a substrate that includes a display area and a pad area adjacent to the display area, and a first pad and a second pad on the pad area of the substrate, and a chip-on-film package over the pad area of the substrate with the first pad and the second pad in between, the chip-on-film package including an insulation layer, a first wiring on an upper surface of the insulation layer and electrically connected to the first pad, and a second wiring on a lower surface of the insulation layer and electrically connected to the second pad. Display substrates are disclosed. In one aspect, display substrates include a first signal line, a second signal line, a first detour signal line and a second detour signal line. Display signal lines and methods of fabricating the same

An organic light-emitting display apparatus including a substrate; a black matrix layer formed over the substrate; an insulating layer formed over the black matrix layer; a thin film transistor (TFT) formed over the insulating layer; a pixel electrode connected to the TFT; and an organic layer formed over the pixel electrode. At least one hole is formed in at least one of the black matrix layer and the insulating layer, in a region where the black matrix layer and the insulating layer overlap each other.
