Disclosed is an automatic die cleaning device with reusable cleaning fluid. The automatic die cleaning device includes a robot, a cleaning fluid cyclic-spraying system and a die overturning mechanism. The automatic die cleaning device can spray the cleaning fluid to a die to clean oil stains off the surface of the wheel die, thus realizing the function of automatically cleaning the oil stains off the surface of the die; and the automatic die cleaning device also has the function of reusing the cleaning fluid, thereby saving the cleaning fluid and reducing the influence on the environment. The cleaned die surface is smooth, and the effect is ideal. The automatic die cleaning device reduces the labor intensity, meets the requirement of high-efficiency production, and improves the production efficiency.

Provided is a wheel spinning die wherein the plurality of identical slide blocks are connected end to end to form a circular ring, and the slide blocks are inserted into an annular groove between the side wall of a circular groove at the upper end of the lower die and the central connecting block; during spinning, each arc flange is clamped at the joint of an outer wheel lip and a rim under a spoke; and during die releasing, the slide blocks can move up and down together with the vertical movement of a wheel blank, so that the problem of releasing of a reverse draft die at the joint of the cold spinning wheel rim and the outer wheel lip can be solved, wheel damage caused by die releasing can be eliminated, and the yield and production efficiency of wheels are improved.

A forging and inclined window hole punching composite die includes an upper die holder, a connection sleeve, an upper die sliding sleeve, a pressure plate, inclined window puncher pins, a center puncher pin, first connection screw rods, first springs, second connection screw rods, second springs, hydraulic assistant systems, a lower die and a bottom plate. Bottom surface of the pressure plate of the composite die is a plane to avoid deformation of a front molding surface. Hydraulic power is added to the inclined window puncher pins to increase the pressure for punching inclined holes, avoid quality problems and increase a demolding force. A multi-split synchronous hydraulic device may well realize synchronization of the plurality of inclined window puncher pins.

When the large-sized wheel is put on the bottom step, the cylinder drives the connector to move right in a plane, the protective pad on the pressure block presses the hub of the wheel, and the function of compacting the large-sized wheel is thus realized; when the small-sized wheel is put on the bottom step, the cylinder drives the connector to continuously move right in the plane, the protective pad on the pressure block presses the hub of the wheel, and the function of compacting the small-sized wheel is thus realized. The flexible clamping device in use can meet the requirement of mixed-line high precision clamping in the wheel burr brushing process, has the characteristics of ideal effect, high efficiency, safety and reliability in work and high degree of automation, and is particularly suitable for batch production on production lines.
