A nanofiber laminate sheet including a layer of a nanofiber of a water insoluble polymer and a layer of a water soluble polymer containing a cosmetic component or a medicinal component. The nanofiber is preferably colored. The layer of a water soluble polymer is preferably a layer of a nanofiber of the water soluble polymer containing the cosmetic component or the medicinal component. The nanofiber laminate sheet is suited for use as a cosmetic sheet for makeup.

A cosmetic composition having excellent application feeling and transparency while maintaining covering power which includes (a) composite particles obtained by allowing at least two kinds of particles having different shapes and particle diameters to contact with at least one polymer compound selected from the group consisting of fluorinated polymer compounds, silicone polymer compounds, and mixture thereof, in the presence of supercritical carbon dioxide, and (b) a cosmetic component.

Disclosed herein is an oil-based solid cosmetic composition comprising the following components (A) and (B): (A) 0.1-10 wt. % of a fluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer represented by the following general formula (1): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are independently a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R.sup.3 is a hydrocarbon group having 1-32 carbon atoms, R.sub.f is a group obtained by substituting part or the whole of hydrogen atoms of a hydrocarbon group having 1-32 carbon atoms with the corresponding number of fluorine atoms, and n and m are independently a number of 2-2,000 on the average; and (B) 2.9-50 wt. % of a solid oily substance having a melting point of 60.degree.-120.degree. C. The cosmetic composition is good in shape retention and a feeling upon use, has excellent gloss upon its application and can retain the good gloss and color after the application over a long period of time.
