Provided is a rubber composition which contains a diene rubber and a reinforcing filler. The diene rubber contains a styrene-butadiene copolymer component including at least one type of styrene-butadiene copolymer and satisfying: (1) the bonded styrene content is from 5 to 50 wt. %; (2) among components obtained by ozone decomposition, the content of a decomposed component V1 containing one 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived unit out of the total of 100 mol % of decomposed components containing styrene-derived units and/or 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived units is not less than 20 mol %; (3) among components obtained by ozone decomposition, the content of a decomposed component S2V1 containing two styrene-derived units and one 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived unit out of the total of 100 mol % of decomposed components containing styrene-derived units and/or 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived units is not less than 4 mol %; and (4) the vinyl content of a butadiene moiety is not less than 20% and less than 50%.

Rubber composition and pneumatic tire using same

A rubber composition of the present technology is a rubber composition including a diene rubber and a filler; the diene rubber containing at least a styrene-butadiene copolymer; a radical generation index of the styrene-butadiene copolymer being not greater than 1.0 and being smaller than a value Y calculated by Equation (1): Y=&#x2212;0.0186&#xd7;(SV mass %+vinyl unit mol %)+1.5.

Rubber composition and pneumatic tire

A rubber composition contains a diene rubber component and a reinforcing filler, the diene rubber component containing a styrene-butadiene copolymer component including at least one type of styrene-butadiene copolymer and satisfying: the bonded styrene content is from 5 to 50 wt. %; of components obtained by ozone decomposition, a content of a decomposed component V1 containing one 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived unit out of a total of 100 mol % of decomposed components containing styrene-derived unit(s) and/or the 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived unit(s) is not less than 25 mol %; of the components obtained by ozone decomposition, a content of a decomposed component S2V1 containing two of the styrene-derived units and one of the 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived unit out of a total of 100 mol % of the decomposed components containing the styrene-derived unit(s) and/or the 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived unit(s) is not less than 5 mol %; and a vinyl content of a butadiene moiety is not less than 50%.

Rubber composition and pneumatic tire manufactured using same

Provided is a rubber composition which contains a diene rubber and a reinforcing filler, and the diene rubber contains a styrene-butadiene copolymer component including at least one type of styrene-butadiene copolymer and satisfying the following requirements: (1) the bonded styrene content is from 5 to 50 wt. %; (2) among components obtained by ozone decomposition, a content of a decomposed component V1 containing one 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived unit out of a total of 100 mol % of decomposed components containing styrene-derived units and/or 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived units is not less than 25 mol %; (3) among components obtained by ozone decomposition, a content of a decomposed component S2V1 containing two styrene-derived units and one 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived unit out of a total of 100 mol % of decomposed components containing styrene-derived units and/or 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived units is less than 5 mol %; and (4) a vinyl content of a butadiene moiety is not less than 50%.

A rubber composition contains a diene rubber containing a styrene-butadiene copolymer component formed from at least one type of styrene-butadiene copolymer and a reinforcing filler; the styrene-butadiene copolymer satisfying: a bonded styrene content being from 5 to 50 wt. %; a total of styrene content of an ozone-decomposed component S1 having one styrene-derived unit and styrene content of an ozone-decomposed component S1V1 having one styrene-derived unit and one 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived unit being less than 80 wt. % of the bonded styrene content and a total of styrene content of the ozone-decomposed component S1V1 being 10 wt. % or greater of the bonded styrene content; an integrated intensity of an ozone-decomposed component S1V2 having one styrene-derived unit and two 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived units being 15% or greater of an integrated intensity of all ozone-decomposed components containing a styrene-derived unit; and a vinyl content of butadiene moiety being 50% or greater.

(4) The vinyl content of a butadiene portion is not less than 20% and less than 50%.

The present technology provides a rubber composition containing a diene rubber including a styrene-butadiene copolymer component including at least one type of styrene-butadiene copolymer and a reinforcing filler. The bonded styrene content is from 5 to 50 wt. %. The total amount of styrene of an ozone decomposed component S1 including one styrene-derived unit and an ozone decomposed component S1V1 including one styrene-derived unit and one 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived unit is less than 80 wt. % of the amount of bonded styrene. The total amount of styrene of the decomposed component S1V1 is not less than 10 wt. % of the amount of bonded styrene. The integrated intensity of an ozone decomposed component S1V2 including one styrene-derived unit and two 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived units is less than 15% of the integrated intensity of all decomposed components including styrene-derived units. The vinyl content of a butadiene portion is not less than 50%.

A rubber composition contains a diene rubber containing a styrene-butadiene copolymer component including a styrene-butadiene copolymer and a reinforcing filler. (1) The content of bonded styrene is from 5 to 50 wt. %. (2) The total content of styrene of an ozone decomposed component S1 including one styrene-derived unit and an ozone decomposed component S1V1 including one styrene-derived unit and one 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived unit is less than 80 wt. % of the amount of bonded styrene. The total content of styrene of the decomposed component S1V1 is less than 10 wt. % of the amount of bonded styrene. (3) The integrated intensity of an ozone decomposed component S1V2 including one styrene-derived unit and two 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived units is not less than 15% of the integrated intensity of all the decomposed components including styrene-derived units. (4) The vinyl content of a butadiene portion is not less than 20% and less than 50%.

The present technology provides a rubber composition containing a diene rubber including a styrene-butadiene copolymer component including at least one type of styrene-butadiene copolymer and a reinforcing filler. The integrated intensity of an ozone decomposed component S1V2 including one styrene-derived unit and two 1,2-bonded butadiene-derived units is less than 15% of the integrated intensity of all decomposed components including styrene-derived units. The vinyl content of a butadiene portion is not less than 50%.
