While a power storage installation operates as a virtual generator to maintain an power storage amount, a power generating installation calculates a first generated power change rate command value from a deviation between a frequency of a power distribution system and a frequency command value, calculates a second generated power change rate command value from received power measured by a received power measurer, calculates a second active power command value by integrating a generated power change rate command value to which the first generated power change rate command value and the second generated power change rate command value are added, and controls an output of the power generating installation based on the second active power command value.

Combined power generation system

A power conversion device includes: a power converter to perform output to an output line connected to a single-phase power system; and a control device to control the power converter so it operates as a virtual synchronous generator. The control device includes: a voltage and current measurer to obtain, from a single-phase system voltage, an angular velocity and a phase of the system voltage by an estimation operation that uses the phase of the system voltage as a parameter; a power obtainer to obtain active power and reactive power; a governor model to calculate a phase difference; an AVR model to calculate an absolute value of an induced voltage of a virtual synchronous generator; a generator model to calculate current command values corresponding to an armature current of the virtual synchronous generator; and a current controller to generate and output a PWM signal to the power converter.

A first internal phase difference angle calculator for integrating a deviation between a first frequency command value and a frequency obtained by frequency obtaining device to calculate a first internal phase difference angle, a first internal electromotive voltage command value calculator for proportioning and calculating a deviation between a first reactive power command value and a reactive power obtained based on the value measured by first measuring device, and adding a reference voltage to the deviation so as to calculate a first internal electromotive voltage command value, and a first current command value calculator for calculating a command value of an output current from a first power converter based on the first internal phase difference angle, the first internal electromotive voltage command value, and a voltage measured by the voltage measuring device. The apparatus controls the first power converter based on an output from the first current command value calculator.

Combined power generation system having power converting apparatus

The present invention provides an electric power converting unit that does not require a change in a control method in, for example, system interconnection by calculating a target value of an output current of an electric power converter from an internal phase angle calculated from an active electric power control loop and an internal electromotive voltage calculated from a reactive electric power control loop. Thus, a stand-alone power supply system that is easy to handle can be configured.
