A subjective optometry apparatus includes an optometry unit having an optical member, being located in front of a subject eye, and changing optical characteristics of a target light flus with using the optical member, and a measurement optical system that has a light projecting optical system for applying measurement light emitted from a measurement light source to a fundus of the subject eye through the optometry unit, and a light receiving optical system in which a detector receives reflected light of the measurement light reflected on the fundus of the subject eye through the optometry unit, and that objectively measures the optical characteristics of the subject eye. An optical axis of the measurement optical system is set to be off-axis from an optical axis of the optical member in the optometry unit.

Subjective optometry apparatus

A subjective optometry apparatus has a projection optical system including a visual target presenting portion and an optical member to project a target light flux toward a subject eye, and causing the target light flux to be incident on the optical member with a deviation of the incident target light flux from an optical axis of the optical member, a housing accommodating the projection optical system, a presentation window for emitting the target light flux from the inside of the housing to the outside thereof, an eye refractive power measurement unit provided outside the housing, and holding means integrally connecting the housing to the eye refractive power measurement unit to hold the eye refractive power measuring unit. When using the eye refractive power measuring unit, a distance from the presentation window to the eye refractive power measurement unit in an optical path is equal to or less than 180 mm.

A subjective optometry apparatus subjectively measures optical characteristics of a subject eye. The subjective optometry apparatus includes a light projecting optical system, an optical path switching portion that switches between a first optical path having a first examination distance and a second optical path having a second examination distance, and an examination distance changing portion that optically changes the first examination distance or the second examination distance. Based on examination distance information, the examination distance changing unit causes the optical path switching portion to set an optical path to either the first optical path or the second optical path, and drives a distance changing optical member in the set optical path to optically change the examination distance to an examination distance different from the first examination distance and the second examination distance.

A subjective optometric apparatus includes: a projection optical system that includes a target presenting unit configured to emit a target light flux, the projection optical system being configured to project, onto an examinee's eye, the target light flux emitted from the target presenting unit; a housing configured to accommodate the projection optical system; a presentation window configured to project the target light flux onto the examinee's eye by transmitting the target light flux emitted from the projection optical system and outputting the target light flux from an inside of the housing to an outside of the housing; and an observation unit configured to observe, via the presentation window, a positional relationship between the examinee's eye and an eye refractivity measuring unit configured to change an optical property of the target light flux output from the inside of the housing to the outside of the housing.

Subjective optometric apparatus

A target presenting apparatus includes: a display for emitting a target light flux; a concave mirror for receiving the target light flux in such a manner as to displace the target light flux from an optical axis thereof; a housing for accommodating the concave mirror and the display therein; and an optical member, placed in the housing, for guiding the target light flux from the inside to the outside of the housing to present a target to an examinee.

Target presenting apparatus

An optometry apparatus includes: a housing accommodating a concave mirror disposed on a reference axis; and a display disposed outside the housing and out of the reference axis for projecting a target light flux onto the concave mirror. The concave mirror is configured to reflect the target light flux output from the display toward an examinee's eye along the reference axis.

An optotype presenting apparatus for presenting an optotype used to test a visual function of an examinee includes: an optotype presentation part configured to present the optotype in a predetermined presentation region; a control unit configured to allow a test optotype to be presented in the optotype presentation part, the test optotype including a stereoscopic vision test optotype that generates a parallax so as to be seen by the examinee as floating or sinking from a predetermined reference plane; and an optotype splitting unit configured to split the test optotype presented in the optotype presentation part into an optotype for a left eye and an optotype for a right eye to present the test optotype to right and left eyes of the examinee, wherein the test optotype includes a guide optotype for guiding the examinee to see the stereoscopic vision test optotype stereoscopically.
