A hydraulic antivibration device arrangement capable of achieving a downsizing and weight reduction, and a reduction of booming noise by suppressing a reaction force to impingement upon stopper action is provided. By disposing a protuberant rubber portionat an upper end of a main body member, its spacing distance from a roll center can be lengthened, the reaction force to impingement can be diminished, and input load to the main body membercan be diminished. Consequently, reduction of rigidity and strength required for respective components as well as enhancement of durability is possible, which permits to make the components thin-walled thereby making a hydraulic antivibration device arrangementlightweight as a whole. Diminishing of such reaction force upon stopper action also enables vibrations input through a car body side bracketto the body frame to be suppressed, thereby reducing the generation of booming noise.

In an anti-vibration device having a partition member dividing a fluid-sealed chamber into upside and downside, aimed at enhancing the anti-vibration performance by preventing unwanted leak of the fluid through through-holes of the partition member. To that end, the partition member is constructed of an elastic membrane partitioning the fluid-sealed chamber, and a pair of grids limiting displacements of the elastic membrane; and the elastic membrane is provided at its either surface with projecting streaks integral therewith, the projecting streaks surrounding through-holes, defined by the grids, over their whole peripheries and abutting on the grids, thereby regulating the flow of fluid among adjacent through-holes.

Fluid-sealed anti-vibration device

Vibration-isolating device including a vibration-isolating substrate formed of a rubber elastomer, first and second fittings each connected to a respective sides of the substrate, a first stopper portion arranged in connection with the first metal fitting, an outwardly projecting flange arranged in connection with the second metal fitting and a stopper metal fitting. The stopper metal fitting includes a caulking and fastening portion which is caulked and fastened with at least a part of the flange, and a second stopper portion arranged proximate and abutting against the first stopper portion. Outer circumferential surfaces of the base body and the second metal fitting are substantially oval and outer edges of the caulking and fastening portion and the flange trace along an imaginary circle around a central axis, at least at areas caulked and fastened.

Vibration-isolating device

A double orifice type liquid-in vibration isolating device including a partition portion fitted between a vibration isolating substrate combined through a body fitting and a first diaphragm made up of a partition main member forming a first orifice, a partition plate member forming a second sub-liquid chamber and a second orifice, and a partition support plate forming the first orifice. An inlet/outlet on the main liquid chamber side of both orifices is common to both orifices. The first orifice is diverged from a part of the second orifice having a liquid passing resistance smaller than that of the first orifice to provide two orifices compactly. Any variation or change of the property can easily be coped with by circumferential position adjustment of the component members of the partition portion.

Control type liquid filled vibration isolating device

The invention provides a liquid-sealed vibration-proof device, whose partition is constituted of and shaped separately by an orifice member having an orifice channel, a partition plate member forcing its outer periphery toward an outer peripheral end of a vibration-proof base on the liquid chamber side, and a second diaphragm closing a central opening of the orifice member. A recessed groove of a marginal portion of the second diaphragm is press-fitted in and engaged with a hook portion projecting inwardly of the orifice member, and a bottom wall of the recessed groove is pinched and pressed by the hook portion and the partition plate member, whereby the assembling is facilitated, ensuring a reliability and functionality of a product.

Liquid-sealed antivibration device

A liquid-in vibration isolator has an orifice hole mainly for audible sound provided on a first sub-liquid chamber and connected to a second sub-liquid chamber. When the first sub-liquid chamber is reduced to lower pressure and contracted due to large downward displacement caused by vibration and the diaphragm of the vibration isolator approaches the partition portion of the vibration isolator, the center plate portion of the orifice member is a convex with the center portion projected to the first sub-liquid chamber side, and the orifice hole is provided at a low portion of the center plate portion disposed eccentrically with respect to the isolator axis. Therefore, even being in contact with the center plate portion, the diaphragm hardly comes into contact with the orifice hole, or if it comes into contact with the orifice hole, it does not cover the orifice hole so as to interfere with proper function of the orifice hole.

Liquid filled vibration isolation device

In a vibration isolator, stable liquid filling and assembling is obtained by reducing the effect of press-fitting a switching admission pipe. The vibration isolator including a partition having a partition main member and a partition plate member, a main liquid chamber, a first sub liquid chamber, a second sub liquid chamber and a switch chamber, orifices, and a switching admission pipe press-fit in a passage provided in the partition main member. A seal surface in contact with a seal rubber layer on an inner periphery of a cylindrical barrel is formed at around an opening end of a passage in an outer peripheral surface of the partition main member and a pressure-receiving surface broader than the other portion in the outer peripheral surface is provided on a side opposite to the seal surface sandwiching a device axis thereby effecting dispersal of external force during the press-fitting.

Controlled-type liquid-filled vibration isolator

A liquid-sealed anti-vibration device wherein an annular space is formed between an orifice member and a partition plate member, crimped and fixed downwardly of the orifice member to an anti-vibration device proper, of a partition; and a rubber-like elastic membrane is disposed in the space and has a base portion attached fixedly to the one of the orifice member and the partition plate member and an open terminal at a distal side, the open terminal being slidably in pressure contact with the other, thus constituting a cantilevered sliding membrane structure. Thereby it is possible to diminish the amplitude dependency, to reduce the dynamic spring constant in a wide spectrum of medium and high frequencies, and to lower the noise.

A switchable liquid-filled vibration absorbing mount has a stopper device interposed between a first diaphragm and a bottom portion for regulating downward movement of pushing member when a vacuum is introduced into a switching chamber, so that a protrusion of a valve member does not come out of an inner orifice when a vacuum is applied to the switching chamber to move the first diaphragm to a first position opening the orifice.

Switching type liquid-in vibration isolating device

A switched vibration isolator has an elastic base member fixed to a first fitting member, and a tubular member fixed the elastic base member. A partition device is disposed in the tubular member, and has an outer diameter, a first partition side opposing the elastic base member defining a main liquid chamber therebetween, and a second partition side opposite the first partition side. The partition device defines an orifice communicating with the main liquid chamber. A partition receiving plate has a diameter greater than an outer diameter of the partition device and the partition device is mounted thereon. A diaphragm is disposed opposing the partition receiving plate and defining an auxiliary liquid chamber communicated with the main liquid chamber via the orifice. The partition receiving plate and the diaphragm are fixed in place together by an end of the tubular member.

Antivibration device

The present invention aims at providing a liquid sealed type vibration isolator capable of positioning a partition excellently with the construction of the partition simplified, and maintaining stable damping characteristics of an orifice. To meet the requirements, an outer circumferential portion of the partition forming the orifice is made so that the outer circumferential portion defines at least a part of one or two sides of a cross section of the orifice, and a positioning device formed of a partition press fitting or inserting structure with respect to a groove, or a partition engaging structure is provided in a joint portion between the partition and the other orifice forming member with the construction of the partition simplified, whereby it is rendered possible to improve the accuracy of the partition and obtain a desired cross section of the orifice.

Liquid sealed vibration isolator having a partition defining a portion of a circumferential orifice

A liquid-in vibration-isolating device, used to support a vibration generating source such as a vehicle engine for the purpose of vibration isolation, prevents hitting sound or adsorption of a diaphragm due to abutment against a partition member and proper functioning of the device is maintained, without increasing the volume of sub-liquid chamber on the diaphragm side. The device includes a cylindrical body fitting and a boss fitting connected via a vibration isolating substrate. A diaphragm is provided on an opening portion at the upper extremity, being partitioned into a main liquid chamber on the vibration isolating substrate side and a sub-liquid chamber on the diaphragm side by means of a partition member. Both liquid chambers are connected through an orifice of the outer circumferential portion. Multiple convex portions are provided for restraining the diaphragm from abutting against the partition member.
