The invention relates to novel uracil derivatives having excellent inhibiting effects on human derived thymidine phosphorylates and anti-tumor activity. The pharmaceutical compositions, anti-tumor potentiators and antitumor agents containing such novel compounds, and a process for their preparation and use are described.
