A gas insulated switchgear includes a high-voltage conductor installed inside a ground tank filled with an insulation gas and the high-voltage conductor is supported on an insulation spacer and thereby fixed to the ground tank. The gas insulator switchgear is configured in such a manner that an insulation portion of the insulation spacer in contact with the insulation gas is covered with a cover film formed by hardening powder of any of thermoplastic resin, glass, cellulose, and polymer resin made of carbon and hydrogen having a particle size of 100 &#x3bc;m or less with epoxy resin.

A rear projection television set is disclosed which includes a screen assembly, a reflector mirror located behind the screen assembly, and a projection source having a lens system for projecting rays of light to a rear side of the screen assembly through the reflector mirror. The projection source is arranged below the reflector mirror. A ray of light emitted along an optical axis of the lens system of the projection source is reflected by the reflector mirror. A positional relationship among the screen assembly, the projection source and the reflector mirror is determined so that the reflected ray of light is incidental from an upper side to a lower side relative to the screen.

A lens alignment apparatus for use in a projection television having a fluorescent screen including a tube and a projection tube mounting frame comprises a first lens mounted on the projection tube mounting frame in front of the fluorerscent screen of the tube, a lens frame for receiving the first lens, a plurality of contactors provided on one of the peripheries of the first lens and the lens frame, a plurality of guide members provided on the other of the peripheries of the first lens and the lens frame, the guide members being perpendicularly inclined with respect to the circumference of the lens frame and being adapted to contact the contactors when the first lens is received in the lens frame to align the first lens with the lens frame upon rotation of the first lens relative to the lens frame.

Lens alignment apparatus for use in a projection television

A gas-insulated interrupter comprising an interrupting unit, a hermetically-sealable housing enclosing the interrupting unit therein, and a pair of rigid terminal conductors connected to the interrupting unit at spaced positions is disclosed. The housing has formed therein a single opening sufficiently large to allow the interrupting unit and the terminal conductors as assembled to pass therethrough. The large single opening in the housing is closed by a single closure member rigidly supporting the terminal conductors and hermetically closing the opening in the housing while mechanically rigidly supporting the terminal conductors and the interrupting unit.
