An arrangement structure of a wheel drive system comprising a tire wheel and a drive unit for driving the tire wheel, wherein the tire wheel includes a brake part arranged to a hollow space of the tire wheel, the drive unit includes a motor and an inverter for driving the motor, the inverter includes a power module for supplying power to the motor and a bus bar for supplying power supplied from outside the tire wheel to the power module, and the bus bar is arranged to the brake part side than the power module.

Arrangement structure of wheel drive system

Provided is an inverter module for use in an inverter-integrated motor, the inverter module being arranged at an axial end portion of a motor, the inverter module including trapezoidal power modules, each of which has a single-phase inverter circuit mounted thereon, and includes an electrical connection terminal for a power supply arranged on a short side thereof and an electrical connection terminal for the motor arranged on a long side thereof. A plurality of the trapezoidal power modules are arranged in an annular pattern so that the long side of the each of the plurality of the trapezoidal power modules faces toward an outer periphery, to thereby construct a polyphase inverter circuit.

An apparatus to convert a direct current to an alternating current includes a power module disposed between an input terminal of the direct current and output terminal of the alternating current, the power module comprising an on/off switch element, a first smoothing condenser connected in parallel with the power module, a second smoothing condenser connected in parallel with the power module, the second smoothing condenser comprising an electrostatic capacity less than the first smoothing condenser, a first wiring connecting the power module and the first smoothing condenser, and a second wiring connecting the power module and the second smoothing condenser, the second wiring comprising an inductance greater than the first wiring.

Power converter

A motor is basically provided with a rotor and a stator. The stator includes a plurality of stacked magnetic entities, a dielectric material disposed between adjacent ones of the magnetic entities, a positive electrode part provided on at least one of the magnetic entities and a negative electrode part provided on at least one of the magnetic entities that does not have the positive electrode part. The positive electrode part is arranged for connecting to a positive side of an external circuit. The negative electrode part arranged for connecting to a negative side of the external circuit.

Integrated capacitor-type stator

A power conversion apparatus includes a plurality of power modules, a plurality of capacitors and a bus bar. Each of the power modules has a direct current terminal section and an alternating current terminal section. Each of the power modules is configured and arranged to convert a direct current inputted from the direct current terminal section into a respective phase of a multiple-phase alternating current and to output the multiple-phase alternating current to the alternating current terminal section. Each of the capacitors is arranged with respect to a corresponding one of the power modules. The bus bar forms an inter-phase current path between the power modules that are adjacent and forms an intra-phase current path between one of the power modules and a corresponding one of the capacitors such that an impedance of the inter-phase current path is smaller than an impedance of the intra-phase current path.

Power conversion apparatus and motor drive system

A power conversion apparatus for converting direct current from a power source to polyphase alternating current includes a plurality of carrier signal generators, a plurality of gate signal generators, and a plurality of legs. The carrier signal generators are configured and arranged to independently generate and transmit a plurality of carrier signals, respectively. The gate signal generators are operatively coupled to the carrier signal generators, respectively, to receive the carrier signals, each of the gate signal generators being configured and arranged to generate an on/off signal by comparing a command value of each phase of the polyphase alternating current and corresponding one of the carrier signals. The legs are connected to the gate signal generators. Each of the legs is operated based on the on/off signal transmitted from corresponding one of the gate signal generators to convert the direct current to each phase of the polyphase alternating current.

Power conversion apparatus for converting direct current to polyphase alternating current

An inventive oil pump system in a power train has a simple oil-delivery arrangement employing a hollow torque-input member containing a member to which oil is to be delivered, a drive shaft extending from the interior of the torque-input member and capable of being rotated by the torque-input member, an oil pump disposed coaxially with the drive shaft, a sleeve fixed to the oil pump and coaxially surrounding the drive shaft, a hollow pump-drive shaft coaxially surrounding the drive shaft, being journalled within the sleeve thus forming an oil-discharge passageway surrounding the drive shaft, and a coupling comprising a non-circular opening in the torque-input member and one end of the pump-drive shaft being inserted into the opening, the end of the pump-drive shaft having a non-circular cross-section capable of engaging the walls of the opening while leaving some radial clearance between part of the walls of the opening and the outer surface of the end of the pump-drive shaft.

Oil pump system in power train

The present invention relates to an automotive transmission for an industrial vehicle. The main shaft of the transmission gear is hollow and internally splined to be slidable along and synchronously rotatable with an externally splined input shaft. Upon removal of a snap ring which holds at least two gears and a synchronizer (disposed between the gears) in place on the main shaft and the removal of a lock pin which interconnects the main shaft and the input shaft, the main shaft can be slid toward the clutch allowing the gears and synchronizer to be slipped, one by one, off the end of the main shaft and readily replaced with new units.

Automotive transmission

A synchromesh device for a transmission of an industrial truck such as a fork lift truck includes a main shaft, forward and reverse change gears, synchronizing hub fixed to the main shaft by means of spline grooves, a coupling sleeve axially slidably engaged with spline grooves formed in the outer circumference of the synchronizing hub, and balk-rings formed in their inner surfaces with conical surfaces facing to conical surfaces formed in the side of a clutch gear integral with the forward change gear and of a clutch gear integral with the reverse change gear, respectively. According to the invention, conical angles of the conical surfaces are more than 10.degree. and preferably less than 11.degree., thereby reducing surface pressures acting between the synchronizing slide surfaces during the synchronization to improve the durability remarkably.
