A transport device simultaneously transports a plurality of articles with a simple device configuration. The transport device includes a chucking device that holds a magazine. An overhead carriage that transports the magazine held by the chucking device includes article storage parts that each accommodate the magazine held by the chucking device. The article storage parts include rotary tables that receive, from the chucking device, the magazine held by the chucking device. The rotary tables having received the magazines from the chucking device move from the chucking device to the article storage parts.

The present invention provides a container storage facility in which inert gas can be supplied to a container in a container storage section that can be moved between the storage position and the transfer position while preventing deterioration of the gas supply line and generation of dust to the extent possible. The container storage section of the container storage facility in accordance with the present invention includes a container support provided to be movable with respect to the fixed frame member between a storage position and a transfer position for transferring the container to and from a transporting device. The gas supply line of gas supply system for supplying the inactive gas to the container supported by the container support of the storage position includes a fixed side portion and a moving side portion which can be moved in unison with the container support. And there is provided a connecting member for connecting the fixed side portion and the moving side portion to each other as the container support is moved from the transfer position to the storage position, and for releasing the connection between the fixed side portion and the moving side portion to allow the moving side portion to move away from the fixed side portion as the container support is moved from the storage position to the transfer position.

Container storage facility

An article transport facility in which driving electric power can be supplied from an electricity supply line to an article transport vehicle so that it can travel through a crossing portion properly regardless of whether it is traveling along a first path or a second path. The switching device of the article transport facility is configured to switch a position change rail to a first position and a second position. The electricity supply line is supported by a first travel rail such that electric power can be supplied to the article transport vehicle traveling along the first travel rail and along the position change rail in the first position and is supported by the second travel rail such that electric power can be supplied to the article transport vehicle traveling along the second travel rail and along the position change rail in the second position.

Article transport facility

The present invention provides an apparatus for suspending and transporting articles, and is provided with a wobble prevention member that is capable of moving between a support position where it abuts against a lateral surface of an article and a release position, and in the support position keeps the article from wobbling in at least one direction. The wobble prevention member has a roller capable of rotation about a vertical shaft, and by the roller abutting against the article when the wobble prevention member is in the support position, wobbling of the article is reduced.

Transport apparatus

A transport system for transporting transport containers storing articles in a sealed condition is disclosed. Each transport container has a support portion formed on an upper portion thereof. When the transport container is moved with the support portion suspended, a receiving device supports the bottom of the transport container to lessen the load applied to the support portion. As a result, deformation of the transport container is restrained to maintained the sealed condition.

Transport system

A plurality of shelves (14) having an storage space (13) are provided in the vertical direction, each of which is open in a front face and closed on the side of a back face with a space (16) by a cover (11), a clean air supply unit (20) comprising a fan (23) and a filter (22) is provided vertically in plural levels, and air inlets (17, 18A and 18B ) are formed on the side of the cover (11). By driving the fans, air can be inspired from within the space, discharged, cleaned to a high cleanliness through a filter, and supplied from the side of the back face to the shelves. Cargos stored in the storage spaces are maintained at a high cleanliness by the clean air flowing from the back face to the front face. Since the space is subject approximately to the barometric pressure, any dirty air that has not passed through the filter is prevented from leaking to the side of shelves and to the outside from a joint of the cover. Because no space is required for placing various devices below the shelves, the entire structure can be simplified, thus reducing the size thereof, and enhancing efficient utilization of space.

Load storing equipment with cleaning device

An article storing arrangement having a filter device 11 mounted to the back side of an article storing shelf assembly 4, the filter device 11 having a mounting frame member 12 removably attached to a support frame 6, a filter 14 provided at a position corresponding to an opening of the mounting frame member 12, and a cover member 17 covering the outer surface of the filter 14, the cover member 17 having an air inlet port 20 at the top thereof. The filter device is mounted to the support frame through the mounting frame member. Therefore, when a filter performance test is required in an actually mounted condition, such a test can be carried out simply by fixing the filter device to the mounting frame member. Accordingly, such performance test can be effected with far much greater ease than in the case where a performance test is carried out, for example, by attaching the filter, cover member, and the like directly to the support frame.

Removable filter device for article storing arrangement

A carrying in-and-out device is provided with four posts which are disposed in a distributive arrangement. The provision of the four posts ensures sufficient strength of the device even if the posts are formed thin, and the distributive disposition of the posts minimizes the turbulence and swirls of clean air to be caused when the clean air collides with the posts. As a result, there is little agitation of dust particles inside a passage. The dust particles are carried along without being scattered, and thus, loads can be prevented from adhering to the dust particles. Dust particles produced in an upper frame are sucked by upper fans and then discharged into the posts. The dust particles on the posts are further sucked by lower fans to be discharged downward.

Load storing equipment

A transport system installed in a cleanroom where clean air is caused to flow from a ceiling toward a floor. The transport system includes a vehicle for transporting loads, and a guide rail suspended from the ceiling to guide the vehicle. The vehicle has a main body for running along the guide rail, a load supporting deck disposed over the main body, and connecting members for interconnecting the main body and load supporting deck. The guide rail is enclosed in a tubular cover defining an opening extending longitudinally of the guide rail for receiving the connecting members. The cover has a substantially streamline configuration with respect to the direction of clean air flows.
