A seat device includes a cushion portion configured to elastically support a seated person, and a seat frame configured to support the cushion portion. The cushion portion includes a plurality of divided cushions divided in a seat width direction. Each of the plurality of divided cushions includes a seat pad, and a seat cover individually covering the seat pad. A divided surface between the divided cushions adjacent to each other includes a first divided surface extending from a seat front side toward a seat back side, and a second divided surface that is bent from a seat back side extending tip of the first divided surface in a direction different from a direction in which the first divided surface extends and extends toward the seat back side.

Seat device

A seat device includes a cushion portion configured to elastically support a seated person and a seat frame configured to support the cushion portion. The cushion portion includes a plurality of divided cushions divided in a seat width direction. The plurality of divided cushions each include a seat pad a seat cover that individually covers each seat pad, and a resin member that is engaged with at least one of the seat cover or the seat pad and is thus individually integrated with the seat pad covered by the seat cover. The resin member includes a snap-fit structure fixed to the seat frame by inserting from a seat front side to a seat back side.

A vehicle seat includes a seat cushion, and a sliding apparatus provided underneath the seat cushion. The sliding apparatus has a lower rail, and an upper rail that slidably attaches to the lower rail. The seat cushion has a frame body that includes a pipe member. The pipe member has a main body portion that extends along an end edge of the seat cushion, a leg portion that extends downward toward the upper rail from an end portion of the main body portion, and a mounting portion that extends from a lower end portion of the leg portion and is flattened such that a hollow portion of the pipe member is small, all integrated together. The mounting portion has a flat surface that abuts against the upper rail, and is mounted to the upper rail.

Vehicle seat

A vehicle seat includes a seat cushion, a seatback, an upholstery member that covers a surface of the seatback, and a striker. The striker is fitted to a frame body that forms the seatback, and is engaged with a lock mechanism arranged outside the seatback. The striker has an engagement portion that is locked by the lock mechanism, and a threaded shaft portion that has an external thread that is screwed to the frame body. The threaded shaft portion of the striker is fastened to the frame body through a through-hole formed in the upholstery member, with the frame body covered with the upholstery member of the seatback.

An engaging member is arranged at a first portion of part of an upholstery member, the first portion facing a first section, and the engaging member is fixed to an engaged member in a second groove. A second portion of the part of the upholstery member, the portion facing the second section, is arranged in the second section. One end-side portion of the engaging member is extended into the second section. In the direction in which the second groove extends, the length of an extended portion that is formed at the one end-side portion of the engaging member and that is extended into the second section is shorter than the length of a portion of the second section excluding the other portion corresponding to the extended portion.

A vehicle seat frame structure includes a frame main body formed in a frame-shape, and a wire that extends between two frame peripheral portions that make up the frame main body, end portions of the wire being integrally joined to the two frame peripheral portions. At each of the end portions of the wire, a portion that jut outs beyond the corresponding frame peripheral portion is formed as a curved portion that is curved in a direction wrapping around an outer peripheral surface of the frame peripheral portion. At least one of the curved portions of the wire has a curvature that is more gradual than a curvature of the outer peripheral surface of the frame peripheral portion to which the curved portion is joined.

Vehicle seat frame structure

A cushion is arranged on a frame member and covered by a cover. Also, a support member is attached to the frame member and extends in a vertical direction when a seat back is in an upright position, and an attaching portion to which a portion of the cover attaches is provided on the support member. The support member supports the cushion on the frame member, and the portion of the cover is attached tucked in to the attaching portion.

A vehicle seat includes a pair of lower rails that are attached to a vehicle floor and extend parallel to one another, a pair of upper rails that are slidably attached to the lower rails, and a seat cushion that is attached to the pair of upper rails. The seat cushion includes i) a pair of pipe members, each pipe member being a single member that includes a long portion that extends along the corresponding upper rail, and a leg portion that extends downward from a first end portion of the long portion and that is attached to the corresponding upper rail; ii) a first connecting pipe that connects the first end portions of the pair of long portions together; and iii) a pair of plate members extending from the upper rails to the long portions, and attached to second end portions of the long portions.
