An actuator device includes a drive motor, gears and pairs of rotary shafts. The gears are rotated by torque outputted from the drive motor. Each pair of rotary shafts corresponds to one of the gears. The rotary shafts in each pair extend from both axial sides of the corresponding gear, respectively. At least two of the rotary shafts function as output shafts that are capable of outputting the torque of the corresponding gear or gears to the outside. This is capable of dealing with various requirements.

Actuator device

An actuator device includes a drive motor, a reduction mechanism, which includes gears, an output shaft coupled to the reduction mechanism, and a connector assembly. The connector assembly includes a sensor accommodating portion for accommodating a sensor, which detects the rotation angle of the output shaft, and a connector portion, which includes connector pins connected to an external connector, and a power supply portion, which includes power supply terminals connected to the drive motor. The sensor accommodating portion, the connector portion, and the power supply portion are integrally formed. The power supply terminals and the connector pins are formed of a single conductive plate. The connector assembly is molded using resin to integrally incorporate the conductive plate. As a result, the actuator device that is easily assembled is obtained.

A motor includes a motor housing and a rotor that is rotatably received in the motor housing. Holding portions hold the motor in a manner that limits turning of the motor housing around a rotational axis of the motor while permitting movement of the motor housing in a predetermined direction, which is perpendicular to the rotational axis of the motor.

The motor actuator includes a driving motor, and a motor gear formed on a rotary shaft of the driving motor. The motor actuator further includes an input gear which meshes with the motor gear, and a planet gear revolving around a rotation axis of the input gear when the input gear is rotated. It further includes a stationary gear which is fixed in a coaxial relation with the input gear, and meshes with the planet gear. It further includes an output gear which is disposed rotatably in a coaxial relation with the input gear, has an output shaft and teeth whose number is different from that of the stationary gear, and meshes with the planet gear. With this configuration, the motor actuator is preferably small and reliable, and provides preferable output characteristics in torque and rotational speed.

Motor actuator

A motor actuator control system includes a motor actuator having a motor, an output shaft for outputting rotation of the motor at reduced speed, and a gear train for transmitting rotation to the output shaft while reducing rotataional speed. The system further includes a first detector detecting current surges generated when contact between a commutator and brushes in the motor is broken, a second detector detecting a predetermined rotational position of a gear, and a control unit for controlling the motor on the basis of signals from the first detector and signals from the second detector. When the predetermined rotational position is detected, the position and the count of the current surges are correlated. Then, the motor is driven until the count reaches a predetermined number to rotate the output shaft to another predetermined rotational position.

A motor includes a hollow yoke having an open end. A coupling member is coupled to the yoke so as to cover the open end of the yoke. A stator is accommodated in the yoke and has a receptacle. A rotor is received in the receptacle of the stator. A first bearing is arranged in the coupling member or the stator to rotatably support a first end of the rotor. A second bearing is formed integrally with the yoke to rotatably support a second end of the rotor.

Motor and actuator

A driving apparatus of a stepping motor has a simplified circuit structure and a bipolar driving system. The stepping motor has two exciting coils, which are driven by respective bridge circuits. Transistors provided respectively on two sides of one of the bridge circuits are commonly used by both of the bridge circuits. Accordingly, the driving circuit is formed with a reduced number of transistors.

A motor actuator has a housing, an output gearwheel rotated by a motor, a pattern board provided on one side of the output gearwheel, and a conducting unit. The conducting unit is formed integrally with brushes contacting the pattern board and connector pins corresponding to each of the brushes and electrically connecting the brushes to other electrical components. The brushes and connector pins are fixed by an insulating resin so as to maintain the structure when link portions unneeded for electrical connection are cut.
