A gas turbine includes: a compressor configured to compress air; a combustor configured to combust fuel in the air compressed by the compressor so as to generate combustion gas; and a turbine configured to be driven using the combustion gas. Air coolers are configured to bleed the air from a plurality of places having different pressures in the compressor and cool the air bled from the respective places so as to generate cooling air. A waste heat recovery device is configured to recover waste heat from at least two of the air coolers.

A boiler including one or more evaporators, an economizer, and a low-temperature heat exchanger. The economizer is located on a downstream side of the most downstream evaporator which is an evaporator at the most downstream side among the one or more evaporators. The low-temperature heat exchanger is located on the downstream side of the economizer, has an inlet for receiving water from the outside, and is configured to heat the water introduced from the inlet and sent to the economizer with the combustion gas.

The low-boiling-point medium Rankine cycle includes a heater that heats the low-boiling-point medium by exchanging heat between the low-boiling-point medium, which is a liquid, and liquid water, which has passed through the heated water line.

A power generation system having a gas turbine, a fuel cell, an exhaust air circulation line, an exhaust fuel gas supply line, a turbine, an exhaust heat recovery boiler, and at least one exhaust air heat exchanger. The turbine is equipped with a high-pressure turbine, a medium-pressure turbine, and a low-pressure turbine. The exhaust heat recovery boiler is equipped with a high-pressure steam circulation mechanism, a medium-pressure steam circulation mechanism, and a low-pressure steam circulation mechanism. The exhaust air heat exchanger exchanges heat between the steam exchanging heat with the exhaust gas in the high-pressure steam circulation mechanism or the medium-pressure steam circulation mechanism and flowing toward the turbine and the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust air circulation line, thereby increasing the temperature of the steam and decreasing the temperature of the exhaust gas.

In order to protect the temperature of an exhaust stream in an exhaust line, even if the temperature of the exhaust stream discharged from a fuel cell exceeds a temperature during rated operation, a power generation system has: an SOFC; an exhaust air line or an exhaust fuel line, wherein the exhaust air line and exhaust fuel line carry exhaust air and exhaust fuel gas discharged from the SOFC, respectively; a temperature detector for detecting the temperature of the exhaust air or the exhaust fuel gas discharged from the SOFC or the temperature of the exhaust air line or the exhaust fuel line; an exhaust cooling device for cooling the exhaust air in the exhaust air line or the exhaust fuel gas in the exhaust fuel line; and a control device for activating the exhaust cooling device when the temperature detected by the temperature detector exceeds a predetermined temperature.

The present invention enables a fuel cell to be stably started by minimizing a lack of air in a gas turbine when starting the fuel cell.
