A data reproducing unit reproduces data read by a first reading unit from a storage medium. A storage unit stores added information corresponding to data stored on the storage medium. The added information is read by the second reading unit and reproduced by an added information reproducing unit. A control unit controls such that the data is reproduced by the data reproducing unit in synchronism with the reproduction of the added information by the added information reproducing unit.

A data reproducing unit reproduces data read by a first reading unit from a storage medium. A storage unit stores additional information corresponding to data stored on the storage medium. The additional information is read by the second reading unit and reproduced by an additional information reproducing unit. A control unit controls such that the data is reproduced by the data reproducing unit in synchronism with the reproduction of the additional information by the additional information reproducing unit.

Storage medium playback method and device

A first reading unit reads first performance data from a first storage medium, and outputs it to a reproducing unit. A second reading unit reads second performance data from a second storage medium, and outputs it to the reproducing unit. The reproducing unit reproduces the first performance data inputted from the first reading unit, and the second performance data inputted from the second reading unit. A control unit synchronizes reproduction of the first performance data and reproduction of the second performance data, and switches between these reproductions.
