Low-leakage switch circuit techniques to reduce leakage current of an off-state switch, while maintaining a low on-resistance. The low-leakage switch circuit may allow measurement of low current signals in a transimpedance amplifier with improved accuracy without, the need for calibration. The low-leakage switch circuit may include a bootstrapping path connecting two or more terminals or voltage nodes of an off-state switch in the switch circuit. The bootstrapping path is configured to bootstrap major leakage current contributors in the switch circuit, such as the substrate diode leakage, the subthreshold leakage, or combinations thereof.

Low off-leakage current switch

The present disclosure provides systems and methods to provide a constant common mode voltage at the input terminals of a difference amplifier. A difference amplifier can receive an input signal and can deliver an amplified version of the received input signal at an output of the difference amplifier. In a system where a difference amplifier can receive an output of a digital-to-analog converter (DAC), the DAC performance can deteriorate in situations where common mode voltage at the input terminals of the difference amplifier are changing. A difference amplifier including feedback circuitry can provide a constant common mode voltage at the input terminals of the difference amplifier, leading to improved performance in a system where the difference amplifier receives an input signal from a DAC.

Differential current to voltage converter

Apparatus and methods for frequency compensation of an amplifier are provided. In one embodiment, an integrated circuit (IC) includes an amplifier configured to amplify an input signal to generate an output signal. The IC further includes an output pad configured to receive an output signal from the amplifier and a control pad for controlling the closed-loop bandwidth of the amplifier. A compensation capacitor is electrically connected between an input of the inverting amplification block and an output of the inverting amplification block, and a switchable capacitor is electrically connected between the input of the inverting amplification block and the control pad. The control pad can be electrically connected to a DC voltage source or to the output pad to control the amplifier's closed-loop bandwidth.

Apparatus and methods for frequency compensation of an amplifier

A touch screen controller has a converter that digitizes analog input as a function of an interference signal generated by an underlying touch screen device. To that end, the touch screen controller includes a set of inputs for receiving the noted interference signal from the touch screen device. The set of inputs also receives analog data from the touch screen device. The above noted converter, which is operatively coupled with the set of inputs, is capable of digitizing the analog data received from the touch screen device as a function of the interference signal.
