A wireless system includes a control device and a wireless communication device. The control device switches between a control-side access point mode and a control-side station mode. In the control-side access point mode, the control device receives a connection request from the wireless communication device to establish a connection and, in the control-side station mode sends a connection request to the wireless communication device to establish a connection. The control device sends a sleep command or a wake-up command to the wireless communication device with which the connection is established.

Provided is a method for, upon transmission of a DSC message being instructed, enabling quick start of the transmission. The method includes; (1) instructing, upon transmission of the DSC message being instructed, an antenna tuner to start tuning regardless of whether being busy or not, and switching an antenna from reception to transmission after the tuning is completed, (2) performing busy check, and standing by for a time period defined in the standard, when a reception signal in a transmission channel is no longer a dot pattern, and executing these processes (1) and (2) in parallel.

A target identification device in a user object includes: a user information obtaining part and a target information obtaining part obtaining a position, a speed over ground and a course over ground of the user object and a target object; a processor that calculates a CPA distance and a TCPA with respect to the target object relative and the user object, based on the positions, the speeds over ground and the courses over ground of the user object and the target object. The processor replaces the course over ground of the user object with a direction toward the target object and calculates the CPA and the TCPA when the speed over ground of the user object is a low speed determination value or less.
