Provided is a solid preparation showing improved stability of N-(4-(1-(2,6-difluorobenzyl)-5-((dimethylamino)methyl)-3-(6-methoxy-3-pyridazinyl)-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-6-yl)phenyl)-N'-methoxyurea and a salt thereof in the solid preparation, and a method of stabilizing the compound in a solid preparation. A tablet containing not less than 25 mass % of the compound; a solid preparation containing (1) the compound, and (2) a fat and oil-like substance having a low melting point, which is selected from polyethylene glycol, glycerol monostearate and triethyl citrate; a method of stabilizing the compound in a tablet, including adding not less than 25 mass % of the compound; and a method of stabilizing the compound, including adding a fat and oil-like substance having a low melting point, which is selected from polyethylene glycol, glycerol monostearate and triethyl citrate to a solid preparation containing the compound.

Solid preparation

A solid dispersion for achieving improved solubility and absorbability of a pharmaceutically active ingredient, which contains (1) an amorphous pharmaceutically active ingredient, (2) one or more substances selected from among methyl cellulose and organic acids and (3) an enteric base material. In cases where methyl cellulose is contained therein, the solid dispersion does not contain any water-soluble polymer other than methyl cellulose.

The present invention relates to a controlled release capsule preparation for oral administration, which contains (i) a granule containing a physiologically active substance which is a compound represented by the formula: wherein n is an integer of 1 to 3, and Ar is an aromatic ring optionally having substituent(s), or a salt thereof, and a hydrophilic polymer, and coated with an enteric coating agent and the like, and (ii) a fluidizer. Sustained release formulation containing tacrolimus or its hydrate is provided. The time (T63.2%) required for 63.2% of the maximum amount of tacrolimus or its hydrate to be dissolved is 0.7 to 15 hours. The solid dispersion comprises tacrolimus or its hydrate in a mixture containing water-soluble or water-insoluble polymer and an excipient.
