An alloy material is provided which contains elements including, in mass %, C: 0.010 to 0.10%, Si: more than 0.10% to 0.50% or less, Mn: 0.05 to 0.50%, Ni: 34.5 to 37.0%, and Nb: 0.001 to 1.0%, and which satisfies [T≤T-2], [C—Nb/7.7-Ta/15≤0.045], [Nb-7.7C≤0.30], and [Ta-15C≤0.30]. Where, each symbol of an element in the above formulas represents a content (mass %) of the corresponding element, Trepresents a Curie temperature (° C.) of the alloy material, and Trepresents a Curie temperature (° C.) of the alloy material after the alloy material is held at 900° C. for one minute and thereafter is cooled under conditions such that an average cooling rate in a temperature range from 600 to 300° C. is 0.2° C./s.

Alloy material and method for producing same

A high-Ni alloy having excellent weld-hot-cracking resistance includes, in mass %, Cr: 16-30%, Ni: 18-50%, Al: 0.01-1.0%, and Ti: 0.01-1.5%. In a first aspect of the invention, a relationship between number density of TiC precipitates having 1.0 μm or more of equivalent circle diameter and Mg content in steel satisfies formula (1) below. In a second aspect of the invention, S average concentration in oxide- and sulfide-inclusions is 0.70 mass % or more. In a third aspect of the invention, mass ratios of CaO, MgO, and AlOin inclusions, where O or S is detected, satisfy formula (2), the mass ratios being respectively calculated from average concentrations of Ca, Mg and Al in the inclusions, (1) number density of TiC (number of pieces/mm)≤463−9.5×Mg concentration in steel (mass ppm) and (2) [CaO−0.6×MgO] (mass %)/[CaO+MgO+AlO] (mass %)≥0.20.

Color separation optical assembly and image capture device

In a video signal transmitting device, a basic image generation unit extracts, for each of the color signal component, pixels constituting a frame of the color signal component at a uniform interval two-dimensionally and two-dimensionally arranges the extracted pixels in a prescribed arrangement to generate a prescribed number of color signal basic images. A basic stream generation unit extracts, for each of the color signal basic images, pixels of the color signal basic image generated by the basic image generation unit in a prescribed sequence to generate a basic stream. A link signal generation unit synthesizes a prescribed number of basic streams in the same or different color signal components generated by the basic stream generation unit, encodes bit-length units of the synthesized basic streams to a different bit length, and generates a link signal having a prescribed speed.

A rotor for a dynamo-electric machine has a V-shaped groove for providing a fast gas stream with an outward speed component in the radial direction, the V-shaped groove being provided on the upstream side of the fast gas stream at an opening of a wedge exhaust hole. The dynamo-electric machine also has a sloping surface which is inclined with respect to the radial direction so that the exhaust stream coming out of the wedge exhaust hole is led in the direction of the fast gas stream, the sloping surface being provided on the downstream side of the fast gas stream at the wedge exhaust hole. This structure permits a smaller angle of the mergence of the fast gas stream and the exhaust stream and it accordingly reduces the pressure loss in the coolant gas at the outlet of the wedge exhaust hole, thus achieving reduced loss in the fan power. The result is higher operating efficiency of the rotor.

A system for performing high efficiency coding of an image signal includes a differential signal generating section, a processing section, a supply section, a coefficient train outputting section, and a code assigning section. The differential signal generating section generates a differential image signal between a current image signal inputted thereto and a prediction image signal inputted thereto for the current image signal with respect to a target block. The current image signal and the differential image signal each include a plurality of blocks and the target block is one of the plurality of blocks. The processing section executes processing of a one-dimensional orthogonal transform and a quantization for an inputted objective image signal, with respect to the target block, to generate the processing result as quantization coefficients. The supply section supplies the processing section with the differential image signal as the objective image signal with respect to the target block. The coefficient train outputting section generates a quantization coefficient train from the quantization coefficients. The code assigning section assigns a code to each quantization coefficient of the train to generate a transmission signal.

Method of performing high efficiency coding of image signal and system

A multiple sub-sampling encoding/decoding system performing interfield and interframe offset sub-sampling of a broad bandwidth television signal. The system compresses the television signal to fit, for example, to the transmission bandwidth of the standard television systems, compensates the transmission characteristics, and achieves the optimal frequency allocation of the modulated transmission signal.
