Systems, products and methods for enabling symptom verification. Verifying a symptom may include eliminating repeated symptom definitions or eliminating symptoms having low accuracy. A computer system enables verification of a symptom including a rule for detecting a set of events related to a given problem. The computer system includes a symptom database which stores the symptom, a specimen database which stores a specimen including a set of events detected according to a rule of a certain symptom, and an analysis unit which analyzes the specimen stored in the specimen database using a new symptom in order to determine whether to add the new symptom to the symptom database. The present disclosure also includes a method and a computer program for enabling verification of a symptom including a rule for detecting a set of events related to a given problem.

Enabling symptom verification

A monitoring system, monitoring server, method, and program that, when an unauthorized access point is installed, effectively block wireless communications performed by the unauthorized access point, a monitoring system including a monitoring server for monitoring an unauthorized access point and multiple terminals connected to the monitoring server via a network is provided. The terminals acquire radio wave information from radio waves transmitted by an access point, and transmit the radio wave information to the monitoring server. The monitoring server detects an unauthorized access point using terminal information including the radio wave information received from the terminals, designates a terminal as a pseudo-access point using intensity of radio waves transmitted by the unauthorized access point, and instructs the terminal to transmit radio waves. The terminal transmits radio waves in accordance with the instruction from the monitoring server.

Monitoring unauthorized access point

To provide a system capable of estimating a location of an information communication terminal and to provide an information communication terminal used for the system, a system includes multiple information communication terminals and a management server. Each information communication terminal has an agent program installed thereon. When the information communication terminal is connected to the wired LAN, an terminal information sending unit sends terminal identification information to cause the management server to generate location information. Upon receiving a mode change instruction, a communication mode changing unit changes a mode to cause the information communication terminal to function as a pseudo access point. When the information communication terminal is not connected to the wired LAN, a radio wave intensity measuring unit measures an intensity of the carrier wave from the PAP. The information communication terminal transmits a measurement result to the management server to cause the management server to estimate location information.

A chip thermistor is provided with a thermistor element body, a first electrode, a second electrode, and a third electrode. The thermistor element body has a first principal face and a second principal face opposed to each other in a first direction. The first electrode and the second electrode are arranged as separated from each other in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, on the first principal face of the thermistor element body. The third electrode is arranged so as to lap over the first electrode and the second electrode, when viewed from the first direction, on the second principal face of the thermistor element body.

An electronic component has an element body, and a plurality of external electrodes formed on one principal face of the element body. Each external electrode has a first electrode layer joined to the one principal face of the element body, and a second electrode layer joined as laid on an inside region inside an edge of the first electrode layer. An apical surface of the second electrode layer is planar. A joint portion in the second electrode layer to the first electrode layer is rounded.
