A fluid pressure apparatus is formed of a fluid pressure device including a plurality of ports opening in rows on its one end face and a pipe joint assembly in which a plurality of quick-type pipe joints are retained by a joint holder in the same arrangement as the respective ports of the fluid pressure device, in rows. Pipes from respective actuators are connected to the respective pipe joints in advance. After the actuators and the fluid pressure device are installed, the respective pipe joints of the pipe joint assembly are inserted into the corresponding ports of the fluid pressure device to thereby connect the pipes to the respective ports of the fluid pressure device by one operation.

One-operation piping-installation fluid pressure apparatus

A mounting base portion having a plurality of solenoid valve mounting areas is formed on an upper face of a manifold base. A board having an opening portion is mounted onto the manifold base with the mounting base portion fitted in the opening portion and projecting upward from the board. Solenoid valves are mounted to the respective mounting areas. Solenoid portions of the respective solenoid valves extend over the board from the mounting base portion to cover an upper face of the board.

An interlock valve is formed by incorporating a main valve portion having a valve member into a first casing, incorporating a driving-side operating portion having a driving piston for driving the valve member into a first end plate, incorporating a return-side operating portion having a return spring for returning the valve member into a second end plate, incorporating an OR circuit portion formed to output control fluid to the driving piston by a plurality of shuttle valves, a plurality of OR input ports, and one OR output port into a second casing, and sandwiching the first casing and the second casing between the first end plate and the second end plate positioned to face each other to couple the end plates and the casings.

A cover for preventing misoperation is easily and certainly attached/detached to/from an operating piece for manual operation provided for a fluid pressure control device. It is attached so as not to be lost even when the cover is detached for manual operation. For this purpose, retaining grooves,and,are formed on the outer face of a plunger-type operating piece,provided on the top face of the body,so as to be projected. A cylindrical cover,is provided with a hook,which is resiliently retained by the retaining groove,or,and a string-shaped connecting member,which is connected to the operating piece,, thereby preventing the cover,from being lost. The height of the cover,is set to be equal to or higher than that of the operating piece,in a non-operating position.

Fluid pressure control device with cover for preventing misoperation

In a fluid pressure control device such as a solenoid-controlled valve having an operating piece for manual operation which is a selector-type operating piece, a cover for preventing misoperation is attached to the selector-type operating piece. Consequently, a cover 6 for preventing misoperation comprised of a base part 10 having an attaching part 14 to be fixed to the casing and a lid part 11 which is integrally connected with the base part 10 via a bending part 12 which can be bent and stretched is attached to a selector-type operating piece 5 having a handle 5a for manual operation at the top. By bending the bending part 12, the lid part 11 can be closed between a closed position covering the handle 5a and opened an open position to release the handle 5a.
