An electric wire fixing structure includes a metal protector that houses a protection target part of an electric wire in an electric wire housing chamber on an inner side and allows the electric wire in the electric wire housing chamber to be led out from an electric wire outlet of the electric wire housing chamber; and a fastening structure that fixes the protector to a metal fastening target. The fastening structure includes a male screw member, a through-hole formed in the protector and through which the male screw member is inserted, and a female screw part provided in the fastening target and in which the male screw member is screwed. At least a part of the protector is abutted against the fastening target when the protector is fixed to the fastening target.

A lock structure includes: an engaged body; and an engaging body capable of inserting and removing the engaged body along insertion and removal directions opposite to each other. An engaged body includes first and second engaged walls disposed opposite to each other at an interval, a connection wall which connects end portions on the insertion direction side thereof, and an engaged protrusion protruding from an outer wall surface of the second engaged wall. An engaging body has first and second engaging walls in which a space between the respective inner wall surfaces is defined as an accommodation space of the engaged body, an engaging protrusion protruding from the inner wall surface of the second engaging wall and capable of locking the engaged protrusion on the removal direction side, and a third engaging wall disposed between the first and second engaging walls.

A busbar component constructing a terminal block has a busbar, a circular O-ring attached to a busbar main body of the busbar, and a holder attached to the busbar main body through an insertion hole of the holder. The busbar main body is formed with a busbar-side engagement portion. A holder main body is arranged between a busbar-side engagement portion and the O-ring. The holder main body is formed with a ring-shaped pressing portion on one opening side of the insertion hole. The holder main body is formed with, on another opening side of the insertion hole, a holder-side engagement portion which is engaged with the busbar-side engagement portion.

A relay detachment jig includes a handle, a pair of holders that holds a relay, a hold releasing unit that connects the handle and the pair of holders and that is elastically deformable, a deformation restricting unit that restricts elastic deformation of the hold releasing unit, an engagement releasing unit that releases the engagement between the relay and a housing member, and a movement restricting unit that restricts a movement of the relay held in the relay detachment jig in a detaching direction. The handle is provided in a manner extending in the detaching direction from the hold releasing unit.

A vehicular device has a device main body, a device box housing the device main body, a terminal block attached to a wall of the device box, and a wire harness electrically connected to the device main body via the terminal block. The terminal block includes an O-ring. The O-ring has a ring-shaped O-ring main body and a lock target portion which is continuous with the O-ring main body. The lock target portion has a connection portion which is continuous with the O-ring main body at one end and a lock target portion main body which is continuous with the other end of the connection portion and projects perpendicularly to an extension direction of the connection portion. The lock target portion main body has a hollow portion in a base portion which is continuous with the other end of the connection portion, and thereby assumes a tubular shape.

An on-vehicle device has a device box accommodating a device body; a terminal block attached to an upper wall of the device box; and a wire harness electrically connected to the device body through this terminal block. The terminal block adopts a drain structure, and this drain structure is provided with: the upper wall of the device box; a housing body attached to the side of an outer surface of the upper wall; a drain outlet passing through a bottom wall of the housing body; and a drain ditch formation portion for forming a drain ditch from this drain outlet to the outside of the housing body. In the drain ditch formation portion, an outer surface of the bottom wall is formed so as to be separated from the outer surface of the upper wall by a dimension of a gap where a capillary phenomenon occurs.

A liquid-proof structure includes: a first opening periphery part formed on the inside of a first fitting member; a second opening periphery part formed on the outside of the first fitting member; an opening periphery part of a second fitting member fitted to the first fitting member, the opening periphery part being fitted to a gap between the first opening periphery part and the second opening periphery part; and a buffer part defined between an inner wall surface of the second opening periphery part and an outer wall surface of the opening periphery part while the first fitting member and the second fitting member are being fitted. The buffer part is a space part defined by a concave part provided on at least one of the inner wall surface of the second opening periphery part and the outer wall surface of the opening periphery part.

A lock structure includes an engaged body; and an engaging body that allows the engaged body to be inserted thereinto and removed therefrom. The engaged body includes: an engaged main body insertable into and removable from an engaging body; and an engaged protrusion that protrudes from an outer wall surface of the engaged main body. The engaging body includes: a housing space that is an internal space surrounded by inner wall surfaces of first and second engaging walls and third and fourth engaging walls; an insertion port through which the engaged main body is inserted into the housing space from a distal end of an end portion thereof; a locking hole through which the engaged protrusion is inserted; a communicating port that communicates the housing space to the outside; and a covering portion that covers the end portion of the housed engaged main body.

An electronic component unit to be applied to an electric connection box for a wire harness includes: a substrate that has an electronic component mounted thereon and includes a terminal electrically connected to the electronic component; a casing including: a housing space portion for housing the substrate therein; and a plurality of slide assembling units that are provided in the housing space portion and each of which allows the substrate to be inserted and assembled therethrough; and a connection unit that is provided in an opening in the casing, into which the terminal of the substrate is inserted, and the connection unit is configured to electrically connect the terminal to a conductive wiring member. At least one substrate is assembled to any one of the slide assembling units and is retained between the casing and the connection unit.

Electronic component unit, electric connection box, and wire harness

An electronic component having plural lead terminals protruding from side surfaces of a component main body is inserted and accommodated in a housing member, and the lead terminals are brought into contact with plural terminal fittings held in the housing member to assemble the electronic component into the housing member. Each of the lead terminals includes a base end protruding from at least one side surface of the component main body and a contact portion connected to the base end to droop along the side surface. The component main body is provided with an insulating member which is located to contact or face the base ends from a side of an end surface of the component main body which is most distant from a bottom wall of the housing member in assembling the electronic component into the housing member. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress deformation of the lead terminals.

An electronic component including a component main body and a plurality of lead terminals is inserted and accommodated in a housing member, the lead terminals are brought into contact with a plurality of terminal fittings held in the housing member. The lead terminals are formed such that at least one of the number of lead terminals on each side surface before and after the reversing, a distance between the contact portion and the side surface of the component main body facing the contact portion, and a width dimension in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the contact portion differs, when the component main body is rotated at 180 degrees to reverse the positions of the pair of opposite side surfaces of the component main body. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent improper assembly of an electronic component.

An electrical connection box includes a frame, and a plurality of blocks each provided with a relay and the like and installed in the frame. The block is placed in an upper side in the frame. At least a portion of the block is placed under the block in a manner overlapping with the block. The relay provided to the block is connected to an electrical wire. The electrical wire is drawn horizontally from the block.

An electronic component includes a component main body having a rectangular parallelepiped shape and a plurality of lead terminals, and each lead terminal is disposed to droop along a side surface of the component main body facing the lead terminal. The plurality of lead terminals having different rigidities are arranged in a width direction of at least one side surface of the component main body, and the lead terminal having a highest rigidity among the plurality of lead terminals is disposed to protrude more in a direction in which it gets apart from the corresponding side surface of the component main body than the other lead terminals. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent deformation of the lead terminal.
