A mouth guard which is excellent in impact absorbability and durability, is thin and has good fittability, and is able to easily chew thereupon, and does not give vomiting feel; and a sheet for mouth guard which is suitable for producing the mouth guard. The mouth guard or the sheet for mouth guard comprises at least one block copolymer selected from the group consisting of a block copolymer (a-1) comprising polymer blocks A made of a vinyl aromatic compound, and polyisoprene blocks B having a content of 1,2-bonds and 3,4-bonds of 40% by mol or more; a block copolymer (a-2) comprising polymer blocks A, and polymer blocks C which contain an isoprene unit and a butadiene unit in a ratio of from 5/95 to 95/5 (% by weight) and have a content of 1,2-bonds and 3,4-bonds of 40% by mol or more; and a block copolymer (a-3) comprising polymer blocks A, and polybutadiene blocks D having a content of 1,2-bonds of 60% by mol or more, wherein a content of vinyl aromatic compound units in each of the copolymers is from 10 to 40% by weight, and a hydrogenated product thereof (b-1) to (b-3).

A multi-layered tube composed of at least two layers, each formed from a different resin, e.g. resin (I) or resin (II). Resin (I) contains 5 to 40 mass % of a polypropylene resin and 95 to 60 mass % of at least one hydrogenated copolymer. Resin (II) contains 45 to 100 mass % of a polypropylene resin and 55 to 0 mass % of a hydrogenated copolymer. The multi-layered tubes may be used in the field of medicine and provide tubing which is excellent in transparency, flexibility and anti-kinking properties, and which is durable during sterilization procedures with high-pressure steam. The multilayer tubing may also be safely disposed of as it generates no toxic gases, such as dioxin, when incinerated. The multilayered tubing has excellent connectability and may be bonded to other tubing using hot solvent bonding or solvent adhesion. The multilayered tubing which is free from generation of any toxic gas when incinerated, and which is excellent in hot solvent bonding or solvent adhesion to other tube.

A balloon catheter and its pilot balloon system visually indicate the state of the inflation of a balloon placed in a human body. The small pilot balloon is conveniently manufactured by blow molding utilizing substantially the same material and has substantially the same structure as the main balloon. The pilot balloon is useful for a catheter with balloon or a tube with cuff where the balloon or the cuff is made of a very resilient material. The preferred material is a blend of composition having certain properties comprising styrenic thermoplastic elastomer and polyolefin.
