An ejector includes: a decompression chamber in an outer pipe on an air entrance side; a throat in the outer pipe on an air exit side; a nozzle in the outer pipe on the air entrance side, the nozzle having a leading end portion placed in a decompression chamber to inject air; and a suction port in the decompression chamber to suck blow-by gas into the decompression chamber. The air injected from the nozzle generates negative pressure in the decompression chamber to suck in blow-by gas through the suction port, and the sucked gas is discharged together with air through a throat. The valve in the nozzle includes a valve seat, a valve element, and a spring to press the valve element in a direction to separate from the valve seat. The valve element is formed with a bottom-closed cavity opening toward an upstream side of an air flow.

Ejector

An intake manifold includes a surge tank chamber, a plurality of branch passages and a gas tank chamber capable of introducing a gas and distributing the gas into the plurality of branch passages. The gas is to be refluxed to an engine.

Intake manifolds

An intake manifold including a collecting pipe and a plurality of branch pipes comprises a single gas intake port, a gas outlet port opening into each branch pipe, and a gas passage extending to be divided into more than one branch passages from the gas intake port to each gas outlet port. The gas passage is configured so that the branch passages are equal in pressure loss which will be generated between the gas inlet port and each gas outlet port, and the gas passage extends to be branched in stages from the gas inlet port to each gas outlet port, forming a tournament-form configuration which is symmetrical about the gas inlet port. The collecting pipe and each branch pipe are integrally molded of resin. The gas inlet port and the gas passage are provided in a projecting section integrally molded with the branch pipes.
