Tension rollers are each supported by, at one end regarding the axial direction thereof, a first supporting member fastened to a first tensional force adjusting member by fastening members and, at the other end regarding the axial direction thereof, a second supporting member fastened to a second tensional force adjusting member by fastening members. The first and second supporting members each include elongate insertion holes as insertion holes in which the fastening members are inserted. The first and second tensional force adjusting members each include elongate insertion holes as insertion holes in which the fastening members are inserted. Provided is an inkjet recording apparatus that reduces clogging of nozzles, while at the same time avoid a decrease in productivity of the recording medium, and reduces situations in which the recording medium becomes stained due to the staining of opening portions and splashing due to ink ejected during flushing. A conveyor belt of the inkjet recording apparatus has a plurality of opening portion groups. The control unit determines the pattern of the plurality of opening portion groups used for flushing in one cycle of the conveyor belt according to the size of the recording medium. The control unit causes the recording medium to be supplied from the recording medium supply unit between the plurality of opening groups arranged in the conveying direction in the above pattern on the conveying belt and at positions separated from the opening portion groups by a specific distance or more.

Inkjet recording apparatus for recording images by ejecting ink on recording media

Provided is an inkjet recording apparatus that reduces situations in which the recording medium becomes stained during flushing. A conveyor belt of the inkjet recording apparatus has a plurality of opening portion groups in a conveying direction of the recording medium in which opening portions for allowing ink ejected from each of the nozzles of the recording head to pass during the flushing are arranged in a belt width direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the recording medium. A control unit determines a pattern of a plurality of opening portion groups used in flushing in one cycle of the conveyor belt according to the size of the recording medium, and causes the recording medium to be supplied from a recording medium supply unit between the opening portion groups arranged in the conveying direction in the pattern on the conveyor belt.

A conveying device includes a controller configured to control conveyance of a workpiece. The controller includes a first calculator configured to calculate a first roll estimated radius of a first roll varied as a first support shaft rotates. The controller further includes a second calculator configured to calculate a second roll estimated radius of a second roll varied as a second support shaft rotates. The controller also includes a first support shaft drive controller configured to cause a first support shaft driving motor to rotary drive at a first angular velocity according to the first roll estimated radius. The controller further includes a second support shaft drive controller configured to cause a second support shaft driving motor to rotary drive at a second angular velocity according to the second roll estimated radius.

A liquid supply unit includes a first chamber, a second chamber, an opening/closing member, a biasing member, a pressing member and a flexible film member. The first chamber communicates with a liquid storage container, and the second chamber communicates with a liquid injection head. The opening/closing member changes a posture between a closing posture for closing a communication opening and an opening posture for opening it. The biasing member biases the opening/closing member in a direction toward the closing posture. The pressing member presses the opening/closing member in a direction toward the opening posture. The flexible film member is displaced based on a negative pressure generated in the second chamber. When a pressure receiving portion of the pressing member receives the displacement force from the flexible film member, the pressing member rotates about a pivot point and presses the opening/closing member against a biasing force of the biasing member.

Liquid supply unit and liquid injection device

A one-way clutch includes a first gear, a second gear, a transmission unit, and a stretchable member. The first gear has one side in an axial direction on which a first ratchet portion is formed. The second gear includes a shaft portion, an outer peripheral portion, and a connection wall. The connection wall has a surface extending in the axial direction and connects between the shaft portion and the outer peripheral portion. The transmission unit transmits a torque of one of the first gear and the second gear to another by rotating forward around the shaft. The transmission unit includes a second ratchet portion that fits into the first ratchet portion on the first gear side. The transmission unit includes a contact portion that contacts the surface on the second gear side. The stretchable member presses the second gear to the transmission unit in a shrunk state.

A liquid supply unit includes a first chamber, a second chamber, a wall portion, an opening/closing member, a flexible film member and a transmitting member. The wall portion includes a communication opening allowing communication between the first chamber and the second chamber. The opening/closing member changes a posture between a closing posture for closing the communication opening from the second chamber side and an opening posture. The flexible film member is displaced based on a pressure change of the second chamber. The transmitting member transmits a displacement force to the opening/closing member to be the opening posture when the second chamber is set to a negative pressure exceeding a predetermined threshold value, and transmits the displacement force to the opening/closing member to be the closing posture according to a displacement of the flexible film member when the second chamber is pressurized.

A gear is provided that is capable of suppressing a decrease in strength at a weld line. The gear () is provided with a cylindrical boss () that is formed at a center portion, a rim () that is formed on an outer side in a radial direction of the boss concentrically with the boss and has a tooth portion () at an outer circumferential portion thereof, and a web () that links the boss and the rim. The gear case includes a hook part, a fitting part and a fixing part. The hook part is hooked with a hooked part provided within the attachment part. The fitting part is fitted with a fitted part provided within the attachment part. The fixing part is fixed to the apparatus body through a fastening member.

A ratchet mechanism of the present disclosure includes a first ratchet gear, a second ratchet gear and a compression coil spring. The compression coil spring applies a force acting toward the first ratchet gear to the second ratchet gear. In the second ratchet gear, a cylindrical boss is formed. The center of gravity of the compression coil spring is arranged on the side of one end portion with respect to the center of the compression coil spring in a longitudinal direction. The compression coil spring is inserted into a boss from the side of the one end portion, and thus the center of gravity of the compression coil spring is arranged on the side of the first ratchet gear with respect to the tip end of the boss.
