The control device includes a control unit that controls power supply from a main battery of the vehicle to a sub battery, and a calculation unit that calculates an estimated value of a full charge capacity of the main battery. When the error between the full charge capacity and the estimated value is larger than the predetermined value, the control unit calculates a power supply duration in which the power supply of the sub-battery to the load continues while the power supply is stopped, and a required time for eliminating the polarization of the main battery, and stops the power supply when the power supply duration is equal to or longer than the required time. The calculation unit calculates a voltage after a required time has elapsed since the power supply is stopped. After the voltage is calculated, the control unit resumes the power supply.

Control device

A method for inspecting an energy storage device, the method includes: estimating a degree of degradation of the energy storage device; determining, based on the estimated degree of degradation, a measurement condition such that time required to measure a full charge capacity of the energy storage device decreases or increases; and measuring the full charge capacity according to the determined measurement condition.

ECU evaluates high-rate degradation of a lithium-ion battery, using a score and an in-plane score. The score is an index for evaluating unevenness in salt concentration of an electrode body in a lamination direction of the electrode body. The in-plane score is an index for evaluating unevenness in salt concentration of the electrode body in an in-plane direction of the electrode body. For each computing cycle, ECU calculates a current score, and calculates a current in-plane score based on an SOC (State Of Charge) of the lithium-ion battery. When the absolute value of an in-plane integrated score is beyond a reference value, ECU evaluates the high-rate degradation based on the current score, the current in-plane score, and a degradation score which is obtained by integrating previous scores beyond a deadband. When the absolute value is below the reference value, ECU evaluates the high-rate degradation, based on the degradation score.

Battery system and method for evaluating lithium-ion battery degradation

A battery control device includes a processor that is configured to estimate a full charge capacity of a battery based on an amount of current supplied to the battery from a start of charging to an end of charging and voltages of the battery at the start of charging and the end of charging when the battery is charged from a state where a voltage of the battery is below a predetermined start voltage threshold value to a state where the voltage exceeds a predetermined end voltage threshold value, and the battery satisfies a predetermined permission condition.

A tractor includes: a work machine connected to a vehicle body; an elevator mechanism configured to move the work machine up and down; an electric motor; a battery; an electric leakage detection circuit configured to detect electric leakage in the battery; and a control device. The control device controls the elevator mechanism either in a lowered state or a raised state, the lowered state being a state where the work machine is placed at a position making contact with a ground, the raised state being a state where the work machine is placed at a position distanced from the ground. In a case where the electric leakage detection circuit detects electric leakage in the battery at the time when the elevator mechanism is in the lowered state, the control device performs a state change process of bringing the elevator mechanism into the raised state.

Tractor

The battery system includes a secondary battery, a voltage sensor, a current sensor, a temperature sensor, and a processor. The processor is configured to calculate a polarization overvoltage by subtracting a voltage drop amount caused by a DC resistance and a reactive resistance of the secondary battery determined in accordance with a temperature and an SOC of the secondary battery from a voltage difference between OCV and CCV of the secondary battery.

A battery pack comprises a battery, a voltage sensor that detects a voltage of the battery, a power converter that transmits and receives electric power to and from the battery, an SMR and a charging relay electrically connected between the battery and the power converter, and a processor that estimates a polarization voltage Vp of the battery according to the following formula: Vp=a×{1−exp(−√t/b)}. The processor determines coefficients a and b based on first and second voltages. The first voltage is detected by the voltage sensor within a first period of time after the SMR is opened and the second voltage is detected by the voltage sensor within a second period of time before the charging relay is closed.

Battery system and method of estimating polarization voltage of secondary battery

A tractor includes a working motor, a work machine including a roller configured to rotate by an output from the working motor, a support mechanism configured to support the work machine such that a working posture and a retracting posture are achievable, and a control device. The control device executes: an adherence amount acquisition process of acquiring an estimated adherence amount as an estimated value for the amount of mud attached to the roller; and a mud removal process of, when the estimated adherence amount is equal to or more than a determination adherence amount, removing the mud from the roller by driving the working motor in a state where the work machine takes the retracting posture.

On condition that the electrified tractor travels inside a restriction area determined in advance as one condition, the control device controls the inverter such that the input-output electric power of the battery falls within a specific electric power range determined in advance. The control device determines whether or not there is a possibility that the electrified tractor moves from the restriction area to outside the restriction area. In a case where an affirmative determination is made in a determination process during a restriction process, the control device expands the specific electric power range as compared with a case where a negative determination is made in the determination process.

An electrified tractor includes a vehicle body, a working machine, an electric motor, a battery, an inverter that controls input-output electric power of the battery. The electrified tractor includes a control device that controls the inverter. The control device executes a restriction process, a charging rate calculation process and a relaxation process. In the restriction process, the control device controls the inverter such that the input and output of the battery is restricted within a prescribed electric power range, when a state of the battery satisfies a restriction condition. In the charging rate calculation process, the control device calculates a charging rate of the battery when it is assumed that a work is finished in a farming field, as an estimated charging rate. In the relaxation process, the control device expands the prescribed electric power range, when the estimated charging rate is higher than a first prescribed charging rate.
