A gas barrier film includes: a substrate; and a gas barrier layer located on at least one surface of the substrate, the gas barrier layer containing an aqueous polyurethane resin that contains an acid group-containing polyurethane resin and a polyamine compound, a water soluble polymer, and an inorganic layered mineral, wherein, when a region from a top to a bottom of a cross-section of the gas barrier layer in a thickness direction, which is defined as a first region, is equally divided in the thickness direction into 11 strip regions, and a region different from the first region from a top to a bottom of a cross-section of the gas barrier layer in the thickness direction, which is defined as a second region.

Gas barrier film

A gas barrier film including a substrate film containing a resin, and a gas barrier layer that has oxygen barrier properties and is in contact with at least one surface of the substrate film, a surface of the gas barrier layer has a flat portion, and a plurality of protrusions that protrude from the flat portion. The number of protrusions that satisfy the following formula (1) is 0 to 200 per mm, and the number of protrusions that satisfy the following formula (2) is 20 or more per mm; d&#xd7;2&#x2264;f(1); and 0.2&#x2264;f&#x3c;d&#xd7;2(2), where d represents a thickness (&#x3bc;m) of the gas barrier layer, and f represents a height (&#x3bc;m) of each of the plurality of protrusions.

A gas barrier film according to the present invention includes: a resin film substrate; a first layer made of an aqueous coating agent (C) that contains a water soluble polymer (A) and an inorganic layered mineral (B); and a second layer made of a coating agent (D) that contains titanium oxide, the first layer and the second layer being disposed in this order on at least one surface of the resin film substrate.

Gas barrier film and gas barrier laminate

A gas barrier film includes a resin film base material, a layer made of an aqueous coating agent (A) which contains a hardener and has gas barrier properties and adhesiveness to the resin film base material, the layer made of the aqueous coating agent (A) being formed on at least one surface of the resin film base material, and at least one layer made of an aqueous coating agent (B) having a compounding ratio of a hardener smaller than that of the aqueous coating agent (A), the layer made of the aqueous coating agent (B) being formed on the layer made of the aqueous coating agent (A).

An aqueous coating agent of the invention comprising (A) an aqueous polyurethane resin containing a polyurethane resin having an acid group and a polyamine compound, (B) a water-soluble polymer, and (C) an inorganic layered mineral as main constituents, wherein solid formulation ratios of the aqueous polyurethane resin (A), the water-soluble polymer (B) and the inorganic layered mineral (C) occupied in a total solid content of the aqueous coating agent are within approximate ranges indicated below.
