An image forming apparatus includes a main housing, a movable drawer, and a process cartridge attachable to the drawer. The process cartridge includes a drum unit, and a developing unit. The drum unit includes a drum housing, and a photosensitive drum rotatable about a first axis extending in a first direction. The photosensitive drum is positioned at one end portion of the drum housing at one side in a second direction. The developing unit includes a developing casing, a developing roller, and a developing handle for detaching the process cartridge from the drawer toward another side in the second direction. The developing roller is positioned at one end portion of the developing casing at the one side in the second direction. The developing handle is positioned apart from the drum unit toward the another side in the second direction.

A cartridge includes: a casing having a first opening; a storage bag accommodated in the casing and having a second opening; a seal for closing the second opening; a shaft rotatable; and a cap for closing the first opening. Toner is configured to be replenished through the first opening. Toner stored in the storage bag is configured to be discharged into the casing through the second opening. The shaft is rotatable about a first axis extending in a first direction together with the seal such that the seal closing the second opening is peeled off to open the second opening. The cap is attachable to and detachable from the casing.

An image forming apparatus includes an image forming unit including a photosensitive drum, a housing configured to house the image forming unit, and a display operation panel located on an upper surface of the housing. The display operation panel includes a display panel including a display surface on an upper surface of the display panel, and a touch panel including a touch surface on an upper surface of the touch panel. The touch surface includes a first region overlapping the display surface, and a second region not overlapping the display surface. A front end edge of the display panel is located behind and above a front end edge of the touch panel such that the second region is located in front of and below the first region.

An image forming apparatus includes an image forming unit, a first housing, an image reading unit including a reading sensor, a communication circuit board including a communication antenna capable of short-distance wireless communication, a second housing located above the first housing and accommodating the image reading unit and the communication circuit board, and an operation panel located in front of the second housing. The second housing includes a first side wall located at a rear of the operation panel, and a second side wall located at the rear of the operation panel. An inner surface of the first side wall is opposed to the communication circuit board. There is provided a battery charger configured to charge a battery including a battery terminal. The battery charger includes a receiving portion in a form of a recess, and a charging terminal provided in the receiving portion. The battery is attachable to and detachable from the receiving portion. The receiving portion includes a holding portion configured to selectively hold the battery in the receiving portion at one of a first posture and a second posture different from the first posture. When the battery is in the first posture, the battery terminal is in contact with the charging terminal to allow the battery to be charged. When the battery is in the second posture, the battery terminal is separated from the charging terminal.

The engaging portion in the container compartment is engageable with the locking member being located at the locked position. The locking member at the unlocked position under the condition where the cover is open is separated from the engaging portion. The locking member contacts the cover and shifts from the unlocked position to the locked position to be engaged with the engaging portion in a process where the cover being open is moved to be closed.

The engaging member is movable between a first position in engagement with the cover and a second position out of engagement with the cover. The abutting part is provided at at least one of the first frame member and the second frame member. The abutting part avoids direct contact between the engaging member in the first position and the second frame member when the second frame member is deformed and contacts the first frame member through the abutting part.
