Provided is a lens apparatus connected to a camera configured to pick up an image based on a set pickup parameter, comprising: a first operating member; a controller configured, based on an operation of the first controller, to control a function of the lens apparatus in a first mode and to output a signal for switching a setting of a combination of pickup parameters including a function of the camera in a second mode; and a switching device configured to switch from the first mode to the second mode, in which the combination of pickup parameters in the second mode is previously set by a user.

Lens apparatus and image pickup apparatus

When a first or a second operation is performed on an operation unit included in a lens apparatus, a memory stores a first or a second state of a focus lens unit detected by an operation detection unit when the first or the second operation is performed. When the first or the second operation is performed on the operation unit after the memory stores the first or the second state, a focus driving unit puts a state of the focus lens unit into the first or the second state.

Light amount adjustment apparatus and optical apparatus including the same

Provided is a lens barrel having a movable frame that moves in a direction of an optical axis of an imaging optical system and a cylinder member that is movable in the direction of the optical axis and is rotatable about the optical axis. A hole is provided in any one of the movable frame and the cylinder member and a shaft portion of a fitted member fitted into the hole is fitted into a groove provided in the other, and thereby the movable frame and the cylinder member are engaged.

The lens barrel includes a base barrel, a movable barrel including first and second hole portions, a circumferentially rotatable barrel and first guide members. The base barrel includes straight guide portions guiding the movable barrel along an optical axis, the rotatable barrel includes cam portions moving the movable barrel with rotation of the rotatable barrel, the first guide members engage with the cam and straight guide portions.
