An electrical connection box includes a case including a frame that holds electronic components and a cover that blocks an opening portion of the frame, a power supply connection portion provided inside the case, an external power supply being connected to the power supply connection portion, and a cover portion that covers the power supply connection portion from above, in which the cover portion has a hole portion that communicates a space portion on a side of the power supply connection portion with respect to the cover portion with a space portion above the cover portion inside the case, and is configured to detachably hold a component.

Electrical connection box and wire harness

An electrical connection box includes a box main body having an opening portion in an upper end portion at a time of installation, and an upper cover that blocks the opening portion at the time of installation. The box main body has an insertion wall portion continuously formed along an outer circumference of the box main body in the upper end portion at the outer circumference of the box main body. The upper cover has a groove portion continuously formed along an outer circumference of the upper cover in a lower end portion at the outer circumference of the upper cover. Here, the insertion wall portion is inserted into the groove portion from lower side when the opening portion of the box main body is blocked. At least one rib protruding downward from a bottom portion of the groove portion is formed in the groove portion.

An electrical connection box includes a housing, a tool and a tool holding portion. The tool includes a main body in which a holding hole is formed, and a pinching portion. The tool holding portion includes a holding main body, a rotation regulating portion and a protrusion protruding on an opposite side from a side of the rotation regulating portion with the holding main body interposed therebetween. The protrusion is formed to face an opposite side from a side of the pinching portion with the holding hole interposed therebetween in the main body in an insertion direction in the holding state, and comes into contact with the main body in a state in which the pinching portion is positioned in a pulling direction compared to a position of the main body from the holding state.

Electrical connection box

There is provided an electrical junction box which can improve rigidity of a case body. An electrical junction box includes a block, a case body and an inner cover which regulates a wiring path of an electric wire attached to the block. The case body is formed into a deep box-like shape having a peripheral wall, a bottom wall and an opening portion, wherein a portion of the case body adjacent to the bottom wall has a tapered shape. Cutout portions are formed at two opposing faces of the peripheral wall. A width of the cutout portion is smaller when the case body is in a natural condition in which the block is not housed in the case body than when the block is housed in the case body. The width of the cutout portion is broadened as the block is inserted into the case body.

Electrical junction box

The electrical connection box includes a block and a frame which accommodates the block. The block is configured to include a terminal support section which supports a relief terminal section of a bus bar in a state in which the relief terminal section of a bus bar is protruded, and a first cover support section which is provided in the vicinity of the terminal support section. The frame is configured to include an insertion hole into which the relief terminal section is inserted when the block is accommodated, and a second cover support section which is provided in the vicinity of the insertion hole. A terminal cover is rotatably supported around a shaft section, with the shaft section being interposed between the first cover support section and the second cover support section in an accommodation state in which the block is accommodated in the frame.

Disclosed is an electric junction box dissipating heat generated by a bus bar toward components. The electric junction boxincludes frame composed of a cassette block to which a plurality of components including a bus bar is attached, and a rack having the cassette block fitted thereinto. The cassette block includes component attachment part, and a connector fitting part into which a connector of a power source line input portion is fitted. The connector is electrically connected to the power source line input portion in the connector fitting part. The electric junction box includes a heat dissipation surrounding wall right above the connector fitting part. The heat dissipation surrounding wall is composed of a part of the cassette block and a part of the rack, inside which a heat dissipation space S is formed that any of the components avoids being attached to.

Electric junction box

An object of the present invention is to provide an electrical junction box allowing a hollow cavity portion and a component receiving portion to be easily distinguished from each other so that the workability upon inserting components is improved. The electrical junction box includes a cassette block. Electronic components such as relay or fuse are mounted on an upper surface of the cassette block, and a bus bar and a terminal are inserted into a lower surface of the cassette block. The lower surface of the cassette block is provided with a bus bar receiving portion into which the bus bar is inserted, a terminal receiving portion into which the terminal is inserted, and a plurality of hollow cavity portions adjacent to the bus bar receiving portion and the terminal receiving portion and into which no component is inserted.
