A mold oscillator includes: a ball screw unit that has a ball screwhaving a threaded shaftand a ball nut, and a nut-side shaftfixed to the ball nutcoaxially with the threaded shaft, wherein the ball screw unit is positioned so that the central axis of the ball screw unit extends in the vertical direction; and a power transmitting mechanism that transmits rotation to the ball screw unit. Bearings rotatably support a first shaft. A second shaft that is the other of the threaded shaft and the nut-side shaft is connected to the mold side. An attachment portion to fix the mold oscillator at an installation position is provided so as to be immovable relative to the bearings in the vertical direction and is configured to be able to change the relative position between the bearings and the second shall in the vertical direction in a state where operation of the mold oscillator is stopped.

Mold oscillator

A mold oscillator includes a ball screw unit that has a ball screwhaving a threaded shaftand a ball nut, and has a nut-side shaftfixed to the ball nutcoaxially with the threaded shaft, wherein the ball screw unit is positioned so that the central axis of the ball screw unit extends in the vertical direction. A casing surrounds at least part of the ball screw. The ball nutof the ball screwand part of the threaded shaftof the ball screw, on which, part the ball nutis engaged with the threaded shaft, are submerged in a lubricating oil so as to be able to lubricate the ball screwwith an oil bath.

A solid-liquid separation device includes a plurality of fixed members and movable members that are movably disposed between the adjacent fixed members, and a screw extending through the fixed members and the movable members in a state where the screw is not in contact with the fixed members and the movable members. The screw is rotationally driven about a center axis line thereof. A filtrate separated from an object is discharged to the outside of the solid-liquid separation portion through filtrate discharge gaps, and the object that has a reduced liquid content ratio is discharged from the outlet to the outside. In order to increase significantly a dewatering ratio, the movable members are formed to move while penetrating closer to the center axis line of the screw than an outer circumferential edge of the blade of the screw, without coming into contact with the screw.
