A reactor includes a coil that has unit coils. Spacers are disposed in (i) at least one of spaces between the unit coils adjacent to each other in the central axis direction and (ii) a space between each of the support frames and the unit coil. Bolts penetrate the support frame and the spacers, and the spacers are fixed to the bolts The bolts include fitting portions to be fitted to one of the spacers on a notch or a through hole formed in a projection part of the spacer.

Air-core reactor for vehicle

A reactor is equipped with a coil having unit coils. First spacers are disposed in at least one of spaces between the unit coils and in a space between one of the unit coils and a supporting frame. Second spacers are disposed between the first spacers. The supporting frames, the first spacers, and the second spacers are traversed by bolts and are fixed to the bolts. A space is defined between the bolt and a wall surface of a through hole formed in the first spacer and traversed by the bolt. A spacing distance between adjacent first spacers in the central axis direction of the coil is greater than a central-axis-direction thickness of the unit coil located between the adjacent first spacers, the central-axis-direction thickness of the unit coil being of when the coil is not energized.

Air core reactor for rolling stock

A coil includes unit coils wound around a central axis and adjacent to each other with a space therebetween in a central axis direction. A reactor includes a pair of support frames and one or more spacers, the support frames facing each other in the central axis direction across the coil. The spacers are disposed between adjacent unit coils or between the support frame and the coil. At least one of the spacers is a variable spacer that includes a first member and a second member, the first member having one end face which has a recess, and the second member including a fitting portion to be fitted into the recess of the first member in the central axis direction. The linear expansion coefficient of the second member is less than the linear expansion coefficient of the first member.

Reactor for vehicle

A self-cooled reactor apparatus includes: a pair of frames attached to a vehicular mount, a coil disposed between the pair of frames and fixed to the frames, a cover disposed between the pair of frames, and a protective member. The coil is covered by the cover having at least a portion thereof in which through-holes are formed. The protective member, while retaining a flow passage for air from the through-holes to the coil, blocks a space between the through-hole and the coil in a penetration direction of the through-holes.
