A power factor correction switching power supply device includes a power factor correction circuit connected to an alternating-current input line, a first half-bridge capacitor circuit connected between lines of the AC input line, a second half-bridge capacitor circuit connected between lines of a direct-current output line that is closer to a load than a first output capacitor, a common mode choke coil disposed between the first output capacitor and the second half-bridge capacitor circuit, and an electric path configured to electrically connect a midpoint of the first half-bridge capacitor circuit and a midpoint of the second half-bridge capacitor circuit to form a noise balancing circuit. The noise balancing circuit has a potential different from a potential of a ground and is configured to balance common mode noise.

Power factor correction switching power supply device

A switching power supply device includes an inverter circuit and a noise reduction circuit. The noise reduction circuit includes a first half-bridge capacitor circuit coupled to the DC input line, a second half-bridge capacitor circuit coupled to the AC output line, a first common-mode choke coil coupled between the first half-bridge capacitor circuit and the second half-bridge capacitor circuit, and an electrical path that electrically couples a middle point of the first half-bridge capacitor circuit with a middle point of the second half-bridge capacitor circuit.

Switching power supply device

In a power converter, a first current loop includes a first snubber capacitor, a first high-side switch, and a first low-side switch, and a second current loop includes a second snubber capacitor, a second high-side switch, and a second low-side switch. In a plan view in a direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to a substrate, third low-potential wiring defining a portion of the second power line is located between the first current loop and the second current loop. A direction of current flowing through the first current loop is opposite to a direction of current flowing through the second current loop.

A three-level converter includes a switch circuit including first to fourth switch groups with n switches. A boot diode connected to a drive circuit to drive a switch on a lowest voltage side of a second switch group includes a cathode to which an anode of another boot diode of the second switch group is connected. A boot diode connected to a drive circuit to drive a switch element on a lowest voltage side of a third switch group includes a cathode to which an anode of another boot diode of the third switch group is connected. A boot diode connected to a drive circuit to drive a switch on a lowest voltage side of a fourth switch group includes a cathode to which an anode of another boot diode of the fourth switch group is connected.

Three-level converter

A switching converter includes a controller configured or programmed to detect voltages of snubber capacitors, a voltage of a first capacitor, and a voltage of a second capacitor using voltage sensors. The controller adjusts the turn-off timings of switches based on the voltages of the snubber capacitors, the voltage between terminals of the first capacitor, and the voltage of the second capacitor.

Switching converter

A DC power supply system that limits the number of times of charging/discharging of the storage battery when a DC load is connected to a DC bus line. The system includes a DC bus line connectable to a DC load; a power generation device for supplying electric power to the DC bus line; a secondary battery for supplying electric power to the DC bus line; a DC-AC converter connected between the DC bus line and an AC power system; and a controller that controls power supply from the power generation device, the secondary battery, and the DC-AC converter to the DC bus line, and when the power supply of the power generation device cannot satisfy a power supply request of the DC load, the controller controls the DC-AC converter to supply electric power in preference to the secondary battery from the power system.

DC power supply system

A power conversion device includes a power conversion circuit that performs switching control of first and second semiconductor switches connected in series and converts an input direct current voltage into an alternating current voltage. A switching adjustment circuit includes a first capacitance addition circuit that increases an output capacitance of the first semiconductor switch. The first capacitance addition circuit includes a first capacitive element and a first switching unit connected in series and is connected in parallel to the first semiconductor switch. A first driving control circuit drives and controls the first capacitance addition circuit. The first driving control circuit turns on the first switching unit when the first semiconductor switch is turned off, increasing the output capacitance of the first semiconductor switch, and turns off the first switching unit when a predetermined time period elapses after the first semiconductor switch is turned off.

Resonant converter including capacitance addition circuits

The switching power supply device includes switching circuits, a transformer, an LLC resonance circuit, a microcomputer and a frequency regulator that sets switching frequencies of the switching circuits and a current detection circuit that detects the current Ir.
