A shield may be provided between a rear bumper and a silencer, the shield may be provided so as to extend in the vehicle width direction to overlap with at least a rear vertical wall of the silencer in the up-down direction in vehicle rear view, and the shield may be provided with a guider that guides underfloor traveling air downward, the underfloor traveling air flowing to the rear side through a lower portion of the silencer.

Lower vehicle-body structure of vehicle

A lower vehicle-body structure of a vehicle, in which plural sets of suspension links included in a rear suspension apparatus may be provided so as to extend to a vehicle-width-direction inner side from a lower position of respective wheel wells. A set of a pair of left and right first suspension links out of the suspension links may be respectively configured in a U-shape of which upper surface is opened in cross-section, and a first undercover structure that covers a vehicle-body lower surface so as to be flush with a lower surface of each of the first suspension links may be provided on a side portion of the first suspension link.

An engine room heat exhausting structure configured to discharge heat from an engine room, is provided. The structure includes an engine room accommodating an engine with cylinders lined up in a front-and-rear direction of a vehicle, a wheelhouse provided outside the engine room in a vehicle width direction, an exhaust emission control device disposed between the engine and the wheelhouse, a splash shield configured to intercept water entering the engine room from the wheelhouse, and a discharging part provided to the splash shield at a location rearward of the exhaust emission control device and configured to discharge into the wheelhouse a portion of air that cooled the exhaust emission control device.

Engine room heat exhausting structure

A front vehicle-body structure flows air from the vehicle lower side to its upper side. After hitting a front bumper face, the air is separated and flows around and along a top face of an exterior member, ensuring aerodynamic performance. Embodiments include exterior members covering the upper side of an engine room, and a front grille disposed on a lower side relative to a front end portion of the exterior member. A rectification member extends the width of the exterior member in the vehicle width direction on the lower side of the exterior member front end portion. The rectification member includes a front piece portion extending toward the vehicle up-down-direction lower side from the exterior member to an upper end portion of the front grille, and a lower piece portion extending toward the vehicle rear side from an upper end of the front piece portion.

Front vehicle-body structure of vehicle

A disk rotor of a vehicle brake with improved efficiency in cooling the disk rotor by a synergy effect that comes from ensuring velocity of airflow flowing between cooling fins, ensuring surface areas of the cooling fins, and generating turbulent flow by second fins. A plurality of cooling fins each extending radially from an inner peripheral edge to an outer peripheral edge of a disk rotor are provided inside the disk rotor at intervals in the circumferential direction. Each of the plurality of the cooling fins includes a radial fin extending radially and a second fin spaced apart from the radial fin in the radial direction.

An engine room heat exhausting structure configured to discharge heat from an engine room, is provided, which includes an engine room accommodating an engine with cylinders lined up in a front-and-rear direction of a vehicle, a wheelhouse provided outside the engine room in a vehicle width direction, an exhaust emission control device disposed between the engine and the wheelhouse, a wheelhouse liner configured to protect an inner wall of the wheelhouse, a discharging part provided rearward of the exhaust emission control device and configured to discharge into the wheelhouse a part of air cooled the exhaust emission control device, and a guiding part provided to the wheelhouse liner and configured to guide the air discharged into the wheel house to underneath the vehicle in a rear part of the wheelhouse.

A lower vehicle-body structure allows miniaturization of an undercover and prevents an increase in minimum ground clearance. In the lower vehicle-body structure, a vehicle body floor includes step-up portions connected to a floor tunnel on opposite sides of the floor tunnel in a vehicle width direction at least in regions where first and second cross members are disposed on the vehicle body floor. The lower vehicle-body structure includes a mount member that faces the floor tunnel and connects the step-up portions on the opposite sides of the floor tunnel, and includes first and second undercovers that cover a lower side of the mount member so as to be continuous with a bottom surface of the vehicle body floor on outer sides of the step-up portions in the vehicle width direction.

Lower vehicle-body structure

A tire deflector device configured such that a deflector is disposed on a bottom portion of a vehicle in front of a front wheel is provided. The deflector includes a guide surface extending substantially horizontally in a vehicle longitudinal direction, and a vertical wall portion including a surface extending downwardly on a rear portion of the guide surface and extending in a vehicle width direction. An angle defined by a lower portion of a vertical wall portion including at least a lower end of the vertical wall portion and an imaginary orthogonal plane orthogonal to the guide surface lies within a range from 20 degrees to 45 degrees.
