An embodiment includes: a cylindrical motor case surrounding a compression mechanism about an axis; a lower case closing an opening of the motor case, fitted to an inner circumferential face of the motor case, and defining an accommodation chamber between the motor case and the lower case where a refrigerant is introduced; a first O-ring provided about the axis at a facing portion where the motor case and the lower case fitted to each other face each other in a plane; and a second O-ring provided about the axis in the facing portion, the first O-ring is provided at a position closer to a starting point on the accommodation chamber side of the facing portion than the second O-ring, the first O-ring has better refrigerant resistance and/or oil resistance than the second O-ring, and the second O-ring has better sealing performance than the first O-ring at a temperature of −20° C. or lower.

Compressor

A scroll compressor includes a base seat portion which is integrally formed with one end surface of a shaft and in which a press-fitting hole exposing a first hole portion is formed. The base seat portion is disposed in a second portion of a penetration portion with a gap interposed between a drive bush body and the base seat portion.

Method for manufacturing compressor casing, casing blank, and compressor casing

A scroll compressor includes a flow path that is disposed in a portion of a bearing holder, which corresponds to each formation position of a plurality of stator groove portions, and that penetrates the bearing holder in an axial direction, a first recess portion () disposed in a portion of a thrust bearing, which faces the flow path, and recessed from one side in the axial direction to the other side in the axial direction, and a first groove portion () disposed in an outer peripheral portion of the first recess portion (), extending from a bottom surface () of the recess portion () to a surface located on a side opposite to a surface having the first recess portion () formed thereon, and communicating with the first recess portion () in the axial direction.

Provided is a motor rotor which, without changing an integral fastening structure relying on swage pins, increases resistance to the excessive excitation force of the motor rotor and which can easily prevent decreases in fastening strength; a motor that uses the motor rotor, and an electric compressor are also provided. This motor rotor is provided with a cylindrical rotor core comprising multiple laminated magnetic steel sheets, end plates and balance weights laminated on both ends of the rotor core, and multiple headed swage pins which are inserted from one side and which integrally fasten the rotor core, the end plates and the balance weights. The material of the balance weight arranged to the head of the swage pin is harder than that of the swage pin, and the material of the balance weight arranged to the swage part of the swage pin is softer than that of the swage pin.

Motor rotor, motor using this and electric compressor

An electric compressor includes a compression unit that compresses a refrigerant, an electric motor that is coupled with the compression unit via a main shaft and a housing that accommodates the compression unit and the electric motor. The electric compressor further includes an end-side bearing holding part that is provided near an axial end of the housing closer to the electric motor and a rolling bearing that has an outer ring press-fitted into the end-side bearing holding part and an inner ring into which an end of the rotating shaft is press-fitted, and that supports the main shaft, in which an opening into which an assembly jig for supporting the rolling bearing when the main shaft is press-fitted into the inner ring can be inserted and removed is provided in an end surface of the housing near the end-side bearing holding part.

This electric horizontal scroll compressor () comprises an oil reservoir () in which lubricating oil that is separated from refrigerant passing through a compressing mechanism () is temporarily stored, and an oil return flow channel () by which lubricating oil stored in the oil reservoir () is returned further upstream than the compressing mechanism (). Provided is an inverter-integrated electric compressor in which the layout of a wiring path connected to an IPM is optimized, the wiring path is simplified, and the noise interference due to disturbance is suppressed, thereby improving the controllability. In an inverter-integrated electric compressor in which an inverter box is provided on the outer periphery of a housing accommodating a compressor and a motor, the inverter box integrally accommodating an inverter device, the inverter device includes an IPM constituting an inverter circuit, and UVW output terminals arranged on one side of the IPM are disposed, in the inverter box, so as to face a glass-sealed terminal that applies power from the inverter device to the motor.

Inverter-integrated electric compressor

A main-bearing outer diameter of an electric motor is made smaller than a rotor outer diameter without causing a drop in production efficiency, and the ease of performing a shrink-fitting step is also enhanced by making it possible to mount a rotor to a main shaft in an early stage. A bearing journal portion () of a main shaft () of an electric motor is formed in a shape into which an inner race () of a main bearing () can be press-fitted from both sides in the axial direction thereof, and, in addition, an outer diameter of the bearing journal portion () is made larger than an outer diameter of a rotor press-fitting portion (), whereas a bearing bore portion () of a partition member () is formed in a shape into which an outer race () can be press-fitted from both sides in the axial direction thereof. It is preferable that a space (S) into which a press-fitting tool for press-fitting the main bearing () can be inserted be provided between the rotor press-fitting portion () of the main shaft () and the bearing journal portion () thereof.

Electric compressor and assembly method thereof

An object is to provide a highly reliable vehicle-air-conditioner electric compressor of an inverter-integrated type that minimizes vibration and deformation of a board and a bus bar caused by vibration of a vehicle so as to prevent devices from becoming detached, to prevent soldered sections and welded sections from rupturing, and to prevent short circuits from occurring. In a vehicle-air-conditioner electric compressor () in which an inverter accommodating section () is provided at a periphery of a housing () and an inverter () is accommodated inside the inverter accommodating section (), a control board () constituting the inverter () is screwed to fixing-screw base surfaces () provided at a plurality of locations of the inverter accommodating section (), and a base () that has the same height as the fixing-screw base surfaces () and supports the control board () near substantially a midpoint of a fixing-screw pitch on the control board () and/or near a position where a large component is disposed on the control board () is provided at one or more locations of the inverter accommodating section ().

Vehicle-air-conditioner electric compressor

An inverter-integrated vehicle-air-conditioner electric compressor capable of eliminating malfunctions or the like due to electromagnetic noise interference and improving the reliability is provided. In a vehicle-air-conditioner electric compressor with which an inverter unit is integrated, lead-out positions of low-voltage cables and connectors for supplying a low voltage from a low-voltage power supply to a circuit on a low-voltage ground LV are provided either in a side surface opposite to a mounting position of high-voltage components and high-voltage cables for supplying a high voltage from a high-voltage power supply to a power system circuit on a high-voltage system ground HV; or at an end farthest away from the mounting position of the high-voltage cables and the high-voltage components in an adjacent side surface or the same side surface.

There is provided a vehicle-air-conditioner electric compressor in which a high-voltage short circuit due to the breakage of a high-voltage system including an inverter is prevented in the event of a crash, thereby improving safety. In a vehicle-air-conditioner electric compressor () including an inverter accommodating section () at the periphery of a pressure-resistant housing () in which an electric motor and a compressing mechanism are accommodated, the inverter accommodating section () accommodating an inverter () that converts direct-current power supplied from a high-voltage power source to three-phase alternating-current power and feeds the power to the electric motor in the pressure-resistant housing () through glass-sealed terminals (), wherein in a vehicle-mounted state, the inverter accommodating section () and the inverter () are offset to the rear of a vehicle with respect to the front-surface portion (A), facing the front of the vehicle, of the pressure-resistant housing.

Vehicle-air-conditioner compressor

An inverter-integrated electric compressor that is capable of solving various problems caused by thermal expansion of a gel material filled inside an inverter accommodating section for vibration prevention and moisture prevention and capable of increasing reliability is provided. In the inverter-integrated electric compressor, an inverter accommodating section () is integrated with a periphery of a housing () accommodating an electric compressor; an inverter device () is accommodated inside the inverter accommodating section; a gel material () for vibration prevention and moisture prevention is filled in the upper section thereof so as to leave an air layer (); an upper opening in the inverter accommodating section is sealed with a cover member (); and a vent valve () formed of a moisture-permeable waterproof membrane () is provided in the cover member.

A bus bar structure and an inverter-integrated electric compressor that absorb an impact while ensuring vibration resistance are provided. A bus bar structure used for an inverter-integrated electric compressor having a compressor; an electric motor for driving the compressor; an inverter device for converting DC power from a high-voltage power supply to AC power and supplying it to the motor; and a housing for accommodating the compressor, the electric motor, and the inverter device, the inverter device being formed of a circuit board and an electrical component, and an insulating resin for connecting and wiring the circuit board and the electrical component being applied. The bus bar structure is formed of a main body, which is integrally formed of the insulating resin, and an external connecting portion exposed from the insulating resin, the external connecting portion has a bent extending portion that is bent and extends with respect to the main body, and an elastic portion for absorbing vibration of the bus bar structure is formed in part of the bent extending portion.
