An insulated wire includes a conductor and an insulating layer formed on an outer periphery of the conductor, and the insulating layer is composed essentially of a polyimide resin having a repeating unit A represented by Formula (1) as a part of a molecular structure, in which a water absorption coefficient is not greater than 2.8% after 24 hours under condition at temperature of 40&#xb0; C. and humidity of 95%. 

Insulated wire and coil using same

An insulated wire includes a conductor, and a polyimide insulation layer formed on an outer periphery of the conductor. The insulation layer includes a polyimide including a repeating unit represented by formula (1) and a repeating unit represented by formula (2). A first acid component in the repeating unit represented by the formula (1) and a second acid component in the repeating unit represented by the formula (2) are mixed in a molar ratio range of 85:15 to 40:60 as expressed by a molar ratio (the first acid component:the second acid component). R as a residue of a diamine component in the formulas (1) and (2) includes a residue of 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether and a residue of one selected from a group of diamines represented by the formulas (3) to (8). A storage elastic modulus of the polyimide at 325&#xb0; C. is not less than 50 MPa.

An insulated electric wire includes a rectangular conductor and an insulation film disposed on the periphery of the rectangular conductor. The insulation film is characterized by: the provision of a resin containing an imide structure within a molecule; and a peak value of less than 1.0 for the loss tangent tan &#x3b4;, which is represented by the ratio between the loss elastic modulus and the storage elastic modulus, as measured in the 50 DEG C. to 400 DEG C. range.

A insulated wire includes a conductor, and an insulating coating on a periphery of the conductor. The insulating coating includes an insulating film formed by applying and baking a polyester imide resin insulating coating material, and the insulating film has a relative permittivity of less than 3.5 both in a dried state and in a moisture-absorbed state. The insulating film is formed by applying and baking a polyester imide resin insulating coating material including an imide dicarboxylic acid and an alcohol component, the imide dicarboxylic acid being obtained by synthesizing a diamine component including aromatic diamine having not less than three aromatic rings and an acid component including aromatic tricarboxylic acid anhydride.

Polyester imide resin insulating coating material, insulated wire using same, and coil

An insulating coating material includes a polyamide-imide resin insulating coating material, and surface-treated inorganic fine particles dispersed in the polyamide-imide resin insulating coating material. A viscosity measured by an E-type viscometer is 1000 to 4000 mPa&#xb7;s at 30&#xb0; C. and at a shear rate of 200 s&#x2212;1 and 4000 to 12000 mPa&#xb7;s at 30&#xb0; C. and at a shear rate of 1 s&#x2212;1. An insulated wire includes a rectangular conductor, and an insulating layer formed on the rectangular conductor and including the insulating coating material.

Insulating coating material and insulated wire using the same

An insulated wire includes a conductor, and an insulating covering layer formed on a periphery of the conductor and including two or more insulating coatings. The insulating coatings include a polyamide-imide resin insulating material represented by chemical formula 1: where R indicates a divalent aromatic diamine including three or more aromatic rings. The insulating coatings are formed by applying and baking the polyamide-imide resin insulating material, and the polyamide-imide resin insulating material is obtained by reacting an imide group containing dicarboxylic acid with a diisocyanate, the imide group containing dicarboxylic acid being obtained by dehydration reaction of a diamine comprising a divalent aromatic diamine including three or more aromatic rings with an acid using an azeotropic solvent.

Insulated wire

A hydrated water-absorption polymer containing resin composition includes a liquid cross-link curable resin composition, and a water-absorption polymer dispersed in the liquid cross-link curable resin composition. The water-absorption polymer is preliminarily hydrated and swollen. The water-absorption polymer before being hydrated and swollen includes an average particle diameter of not more than 10 &#x3bc;m. The water-absorption polymer includes an amount of water absorption of 10 to 100 g/g.

There is provided an insulated wire equipped with an insulation film made of polymer alloy, the polymer alloy comprising an amorphous thermosetting resin and an amorphous thermoplastic resin, in which: the insulation film has a sea-island structure; the amorphous thermosetting resin is a sea component of the sea-island structure; and the amorphous thermoplastic resin is an island component of the sea-island structure.

An insulating varnish includes a polyamide-imide resin including a repeat unit represented by Formula (1) below derived from a synthesis reaction between a resin component (X) and a diisocyanate component (Y). The resin component (X) is derived from a synthesis reaction between a diamine component including aromatic diamines including g a divalent aromatic group (R) including three or more aromatic rings, and an acid component in the presence of an azeotrope solvent. The diisocyanate component (Y) includes a 2,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (Y) and a 4,4&#x2032;-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (Y). An insulated wire including a conductor, and an insulating film formed by coating and baking an insulating varnish on the conductor directly or via another insulation layer. The insulating varnish includes a phenolic hydroxyl group-containing polyimide resin represented by a chemical formula (1): where X is a tetravalent aromatic group composing an aromatic tetracarboxylic dianhydride residue, Yis a divalent aromatic group including one or more phenolic hydroxyl groups and Yis a divalent aromatic group not including a phenolic hydroxyl group A ratio of the number Z1 of phenolic hydroxyl groups included in Yof the chemical formula (1) to the number Z2 of an imide group included in the chemical formula (1) is 0.15&#x2266;Z1/Z2&#x2266;0.85.

Insulated wire and insulating varnish used therefor

An insulation coating for electric wires has a resin coating made from polyimide resin or polyamide-imide resin as a constituent resin, the insulation coating being formed by dispersing phenyl trialkoxysilane and pure water in the resin coating. The phenyl trialkoxysilane is included 3 to 100 parts by weight for the constituent resin of 100 parts by weight in the resin coating.

A polyamide-imide resin insulating varnish includes an aromatic diamine component, an aromatic diisocyanate component, an acid component including an aromatic tricarboxylic acid anhydride, and a solvent. The aromatic diamine component includes an aromatic diamine with three or more benzene rings and an aromatic diamine with two or less benzene rings. The aromatic diamine with three or more benzene rings and the aromatic diamine with two or less benzene rings are added 99/1 to 30/70 in mole ratio.
